(старалась секретничать, но все равно возможны ⚡спойлеры⚡)
Я начала в 2014 году, когда три сезона "Игры престолов" уже вышли. Помню смутно, но проглотила их за несколько дней - не могла спать, гулять, заниматься делами. Потом уже вместе с толпой фанатов считала дни, часы, минуты до выхода очередной серии. Месяцы - до выхода сезона.
И я счастлива быть свидетелем этой эпохи, этого красочного мира Льда и Пламени, что рождался и умирал перед нашими глазами.
Все закончилось. Как есть. И да, я тоже недовольна сезоном ???? При этом мне очень понравился финал - так бывает.
Про недовольство - понимаю, что сценаристы давно работают без первоисточника, прокладывая путь наощупь. Привести историю с живыми героями к нужному финалу “просто так” крайне сложно, и этот спад динамики и логики чувствуется уже с шестого сезона. Остается только развести руками.
В последнем сезоне движение к нужной точке стало натужным до нелепости.
Помните Харви Дента в “Темном рыцаре”? Фильм, ограниченный временными и жанровыми рамками - и при этом я верю, что у этого парня поехала крыша. Несколько шагов, мазков - и да, такое может быть. Во вселенной ИП развитие сюжета в этом направлении было крайне вероятно, но в сериале произошло просто так. Просто герой (сломленный, да) резко поменял мотивацию и взгляды на жизнь. И переход к этому - только тщательная мимика актрисы.
Или взять любой сериал с таинственным злодеем. “Шерлок”, допустим. Представим, что на протяжении сезонов гг просчитывает, вычисляет, ищет противника - а потом рраз, и на Мориарти падает кирпич. Злодей тихо помирает в подворотне, его незаметно хоронят, никому даже в голову не приходит, что от несчастного случая погиб тот самый Профессор. Злодеяния заканчиваются, всем хорошо. В жизни такое может быть легко, но в данной ситуации попахивает обманом.
Или, например, странствовал себе Гэндальф, мир познавал - иногда и спасал. А ему вдруг говорят: маг, а не хотел бы ты стать королем? А он: уффф, ну наконец-то вы догадались. Причем королем-то он был бы прекрасным. Но разве бывают такие “вдруг”?
Или есть пророчество профессора Трелони. Вся вселенная “Гарри Поттера” так или иначе крутится вокруг него. А в конце оказывается, что все это бред и неважно. Ну, мало ли, что предсказательница может сказать, а вы тут раздули... При чем здесь вообще Гарри?
Ох, могу еще долго ворчать и бубнеть.
Но сериал этого не заслужил.
Несмотря на то, каким ломаным, кривым и невнятным путем дошли до финала, сама концовка отозвалась. Даже сейчас, вспоминая, мысленно киваю. Жизненно, обоснованно - и красиво. Ну люблю я цикличности в историях, готова за них простить многое! Замкнулся круг, открылись запоры на Стене, пал Безумный король, плачет Цареубийца. Каждый герой проделал свой путь ровно для того, чтобы оказаться в конкретной точке, в конкретном событии. Каждый сыграл свою роль.
(ради чего еще я проделал это путь - ага)
Вереница смертей, падений, предательств, разочарований
Верные и провальные решения
Внешние и внутренние победы
Любовь, ненависть, дружба
Цепочки, нити, узелки - красивый узор, трудная дорожка, в которой большую роль помимо прочего сыграла Жизнь. Она рушила, казалось бы, логичные и прочные замки, вмешивалась в движение героев, порой прерывала их путь, заставляла принимать решения, далекие от киношных идеалов, зато по-житейски понятные. Если и есть объяснение восьмому сезону, то оно в руках этой героини. Просто в жизни бывает всякое. Так тоже.
И прекрасное завершение - гибель “Кольца Всевластия”, новый путь для королевств, новое будущее и новая история.
Достойный момент, чтобы поставить точку и проститься с историей старой.
По прошествии времени будет еще много осознаний и пониманий. Когда-нибудь и великолепный Джордж Мартин выпустит свою версию, и я уверена, что этот чертов интуитчик сам не сможет дойти до той финальной точки, которую указал создателям сериала. Куда заведут его герои и своенравный мир? Посмотрим.
А сейчас можно прощаться с сериалом и переосмысливать героев и события.

I started in 2014 when the three seasons of Game of Thrones were already out. I remember vaguely, but swallowed them for several days - I could not sleep, walk, do business. Then, together with a crowd of fans, she counted the days, hours, minutes until the release of the next series. Months - before the season.
And I am happy to witness this era, this colorful world of Ice and Fire, that was born and died before our eyes.
It is all over. As it is. And yes, I am also unhappy with the season ???? At the same time, I really liked the finale - it happens.
About dissatisfaction - I understand that screenwriters have long worked without a source, paving the way by touch. It’s extremely difficult to bring the story of living heroes to the desired ending “just like that”, and this decline in dynamics and logic has been felt since the sixth season. It remains only to shrug.
In the last season, the movement to the desired point became strained to the point of absurdity.
Remember Harvey Dent in The Dark Knight? The film is limited by time and genre - and at the same time I believe that this guy went to the roof. A few steps, strokes - and yes, that could be. In the IP universe, the development of the plot in this direction was extremely likely, but in the series it happened just like that. Just a hero (broken, yes) dramatically changed his motivation and outlook on life. And the transition to this is only a thorough facial expression of the actress.
Or take any series with a mysterious villain. Sherlock, for example. Imagine that over the course of the seasons, he calculates, calculates, searches for the enemy - and then raz, and Moriarty falls a brick. The villain is quietly dying in the gateway, he is imperceptibly buried, it does not even occur to anyone that the same Professor died from an accident. Atrocities end, everyone is well. In life, this can be easy, but in this situation it smacks of deception.
Or, for example, Gandalf wandered to himself, he knew the world - sometimes he saved. And he was suddenly told: magician, but would you like to become a king? And he: uhhh, well, finally you guessed it. Moreover, the king, he would be beautiful. But are there really such “suddenly”?
Or is there a prophecy of Professor Trelawney. The entire Harry Potter universe revolves around him one way or another. And in the end it turns out that all this is nonsense and it does not matter. Well, you never know what the fortuneteller can say, but you’ve fanned it ... What does Harry have to do with it?
Oh, I can still grumble and mutter for a long time.
But the series did not deserve it.
Despite the broken, crooked and slurred path reached the final, the ending itself responded. Even now, remembering, nodding mentally. Vitally, grounded - and beautiful. Well, I love the cyclical nature of stories, I am ready to forgive a lot for them! A circle has closed, constipation has opened on the Wall, the Mad King has fallen, the Regicide is crying. Each hero has made his way exactly in order to be at a specific point, in a specific event. Everyone played a role.

True and failed decisions
External and internal victories
Love, hate, friendship
Chains, threads, knots - a beautiful pattern, a difficult path, in which Life played a big role, among other things. It destroyed, it would seem, logical and strong castles, interfered in the movement of heroes, sometimes interrupted their path, forced them to make decisions that were far from cinema ideals, but they were understandably everyday. If there is an explanation for the eighth season, then it is in the hands of this heroine. It’s just that everything happens in life. So too.
And the beautiful conclusion is the death of the “Ring of omnipotence”, a new path for the kingdoms, a new future and a new history.
A worthy moment to put an end to and say goodbye to the old story.
Over time, there will be many more awareness and understanding. Someday the gorgeous George Martin will release his version, and I am sure that this damn intuitive himself will not be able to reach the final point that he indicated to the creators of the series. Where will his heroes and wayward world lead? We will see.
