Уже больше недели прошло с [club143748832|Eco Trail Ruskeala] . По горячим следам хочется поделиться с вами своими впечатлениями об этом мероприятии
Трейл проходил в тот же день, что и заплыв. И если честно, в первую очередь он был моей целью. Но когда узнал, что ещё будет #ruskealaswim не смог удержаться ))))
Разница по времени между стартами была порядка 2.5 часов. За это время успел и отдохнуть, и перекусить, и прогуляться по Мраморному каньону. Он в свою очеред красив. Обязательно вернусь ещё раз, чтобы все рассмотреть в более спокойном темпе )
Так как хотелось все успеть, то я обязан был куда-то опоздать ????. Этим куда-то оказался брифинг. Где я пропустил момент, что для безопасности участников из-за прошедших дождей был исключен участок примерно в километр с круга. Об этом я уже узнаю дома через пару дней )))
Трасса, по которой организаторы решили нас провести была просто ????. Начиналось все достаточно безобидно. Старт с главной площадки. Почти ровная грунтовая дорога. Небольшой подъем. Но потом трасса ушла в сторону лес и превратилась в узкую лесную тропинку )
Дальше - круче. Заброшенное ж/д полотно, где бежишь по шпалам. Или сама скала, из которой добывали мрамор. Были и ступеньки, много ступенек. Вся трасса была насыщенна прекрасными видами. Бежали даже сквозь пещеру, в которой организаторы заботливо выставили свечи по краям. Очень круто!
Так как я не успел посмотреть карту трассы, то выбегая на площадку стартового городка я помню, что очень расстроился. Как, уже!? Это же всего лишь 6ой километр, Обещали 21 км удовольствия, а тут такое!!! И помню, как радовался, что это лишь так трасса запетляла и завела в стартовый городок, а дальше продолжение бега по Мраморному каньону )))
Погода тоже порадовала. И если на заплыве было ещё немного прохладно, то к забегу распогодилось. Тучки начали разбегаться. И на втором круге закатное солнце раскрасило небо ???? Просто превосходное завершение забега
По своим впечатлениям - этот трейл мне дался намного легче предыдущих. Возможно не такой агрессивный рельеф, а возможно и я подкачался уже )))
Итоговое время - 1:48:23 - это примерно на 18,5-19 км ))) Место 71 из 153 финишировавших, что меня радует, поскольку я из хвоста финишных протоколов на трейлах перебрался в серединку! )

More than a week has passed since [club143748832 | Eco Trail Ruskeala]. In hot pursuit I would like to share with you my impressions of this event
The trail took place on the same day as the swim. And to be honest, in the first place, he was my goal. But when I found out what else would be #ruskealaswim could not resist))))
The time difference between the starts was about 2.5 hours. During this time, I managed to relax, and have a bite, and walk along the Marble Canyon. He, in turn, is handsome. Will definitely be back again to consider everything at a more relaxed pace)
Since I wanted to be in time, I had to be late somewhere ????. This turned out to be a briefing somewhere. Where I missed the point that for the safety of participants due to past rains, a plot of about a kilometer from the circle was excluded. I’ll already find out about this at home in a couple of days)))
The route along which the organizers decided to lead us was simply ????. It all started harmless enough. Start from the main site. Almost flat dirt road. A slight climb. But then the track went towards the forest and turned into a narrow forest path)
Further - cooler. Abandoned railway track, where you run on the railroad ties. Or the rock itself, from which marble was mined. There were steps, many steps. The whole track was full of beautiful views. They even ran through the cave, in which the organizers carefully put out candles at the edges. Very cool!
Since I did not have time to look at the map of the route, then running out to the site of the starting town, I remember that I was very upset. What already!? This is only the 6th kilometer. They promised 21 km of pleasure, but here it is !!! And I remember how glad I was that this was the only way the track got tangled up and led to the starting town, and then the continuation of the run along the Marble Canyon)))
The weather also pleased. And if it was still a bit cool on the swim, then it turned bad for the race. The clouds began to scatter. And on the second round, the setting sun painted the sky ???? Simply superb race completion
According to my impressions - this trail was given to me much easier than the previous ones. Perhaps not such an aggressive terrain, but maybe I pumped up already)))
The total time - 1:48:23 - is about 18.5-19 km))) Place 71 of the 153 finishers, which makes me happy, because I moved from the tail of the final protocols on the trails to the middle! )
