Сбербанк. Жду уже 30 минут, при том, что работает электронная очередь. Отменили прием в банкоматах 5-ти тысячных купюр, но клиентам об этом сказать забыли... Люди приходят, пытаются положить деньги, обходят по очереди 6 банкоматов... Идут к консультантам, потом начинают кричать, иногда очень злобно( но Сбер не останавливается на пути к высокой цели быть клиентоориентированным и, не успевая решить более серьезные проблемы, делает оборудованные места для деток с раскрасками и карандашами, кстати, с символами Олимпиады 2014.. Жаль только, что это место спрятано в закутке, и мамы с детками просто не видят их...
