Меня часто спрашивают - в чем разница? А я вам скажу, разница в качестве и подходе к делу, которым мы занимаемся уже достаточно давно. Не так давно приехал к нам интересный заказ. Ребята из @sideslip_service_shop привезли подрамник от #200sx для некоторых доработок, в частности давно были куплены готовые сайлентблоки для этого подрамника. Но не тут то было. Сейчас мы разберём эту ситуацию по пунктам. В стандартном представлении замена сайлентблока - это его перепрессовка, что означает убрать старый(выпрессовать, выжечь, выбить и тд) и запрессовать новый. Вроде логично, именно это и было сначала сделано, но только после устранения выяснилось, что новый сайлентблок банально проваливается в подрамник, имея щель в несколько миллиметров(изи тайгер, как так?). А очень просто, дальше режим - я спрошу у ясеня, на форумах по тематике #nissan нашлась информация, что на самом деле внешнюю обойму нужно было оставить оказывается, но, увы, производитель тех сайлентблоков не посчитал нужным оповестить клиента о данном нюансе. Вот и результат, подрамник приехал к нам, на устранение косяка производителя сайлентов. Помимо покраски были выточены обоймы нужного размера и произведена сборка данного чуда.
Так же хочу обратить внимание на качество изготовления. Дальше на фото видна разница материалов. Красные они не просто так, краситель хорошо скрывает внутренние дефекты материала, например такие, как мелко-дисперсные пузыри, трудно заметить, но их там весь сайлентблок. В случае подрамника космического уменьшения срока эксплуатации не будет, но факт остаётся фактом. Они же это льют не только в подрамниковые сайлентблоки. Я уже могу не рассуждать о качестве внутренней втулки и посадочных размеров, которые просажены, что их нужно компенсировать, изготавливая обойму. Так что будьте внимательны! Прежде чем тратить деньги и время, узнайте полную информацию, о том, что хотите купить.

I am often asked - what is the difference? And I’ll tell you, the difference in quality and approach to business, which we have been dealing with for quite some time. Not so long ago an interesting order came to us. The guys from @sideslip_service_shop brought a subframe from # 200sx for some improvements, in particular, ready-made silent blocks for this subframe were bought long ago. But it was not there. Now we will analyze this situation point by point. In the standard representation, replacing the silent block is its repressing, which means removing the old one (pressing out, burning out, knocking out, etc.) and pressing in the new one. It seems logical, this is exactly what was done at first, but only after the elimination it turned out that the new silent block was corny falling into the subframe, having a gap of a few millimeters (easy tiger, how so?). But it’s very simple, then the mode - I’ll ask the ash tree, on the forums on the topic #nissan there was information that in fact it was necessary to leave the external clip, but, alas, the manufacturer of the silent blocks did not consider it necessary to notify the client about this nuance. Here is the result, the stretcher came to us to eliminate the jamb of the silent manufacturer. In addition to painting, holders of the right size were machined and this miracle was assembled.
I also want to pay attention to workmanship. Further on the photo you can see the difference in materials. They are red for a reason, the dye hides well the internal defects of the material, for example, such as finely dispersed bubbles, it is difficult to notice, but they are all there silent block. In the case of a subframe, there will be no cosmic reduction in the lifetime, but the fact remains. They pour this not only into subframe silent blocks. I can no longer argue about the quality of the inner sleeve and the landing dimensions, which are sagged, that they need to be compensated by making a clip. So be careful! Before spending money and time, find out complete information about what you want to buy.
