Единороссы из собянинской мэрии и ее карманных организаций продолжают заниматься правовым нигилизмом, чтобы срывать работу независимых Советов депутатов. Вот вчера совещание на эту тему было проведено в Ассоциации муниципальных образований Москвы - т.н. АМОМе. Для справки: АМОМ - общественная организация, бюджет которой составляет около 15 млн рублей в год. Причем деньги эти "общественники" получают из наших с вами карманов. Подконтрольные "Единой России" районные Советы каждый год перечисляют в АМОМ по 140 тысяч рублей из утверждаемого ими бюджета. Куда уходят собранные миллионы рублей (стоимость годовой программы благоустройства в небольшом московском районе) - большой вопрос.
Так вот вчера эти "общественники" вместе с депутатом Мосгордумы Щитовым в очередной раз пытались навязать незаконную и противоречащую определению Верховного Суда позицию о том, что проигравший выборы председатель Совета депутатов может продолжать исполнять свои обязанности (https://www.facebook.com/shchitovkirill/posts/1566960503360393). Никакой юридической силы данные совещание не имеет, да это и не планировалось. Основная задача - продолжить мешать работать вновь избранным депутатам. Причем чем дальше, тем лучше видны уши мэрии. Которая кроме своей карманной ассоциации подключила фабрику ботов и троллей, в том числе из числа бывших депутатов и бывших телеведущих. Не забывайте, что все экс-председатели, пытающиеся срывать заседания районных Советов - члены "Единой России". Это целенаправленная политическая кампания.
Вообще чем дальше заходит ситуация, тем больше начинаешь верить в смешную конспирологию, которой со мной делятся некоторые жители района. О том, что Собянин и его мэрия - та самая "пятая колонна", которая специально провоцирует недовольство москвичей по разным проблемам перед президентскими выборами. Точечная застройка, платная парковка, безобразный законопроект о реновации - теперь к этим темам еще хотят добавить саботаж работы муниципальных депутатов, пользующихся доверием жителей своего района. Шутка, конечно. Но в каждой шутке есть только доля шутки)

Да, и справедливости ради, надо отметить, что даже в "Единой России" есть люди, которые отказались участвовать в этой саботажной кампании. Например, бывшая председатель Совета Академического района не переизбиралась в новый созыв. И несмотря на то, что новый председатель Совета еще не избран, не пытается в наглой форме захватывать заседания. А просто спокойно присутствует на них, и даже помогает советом вновь избранным депутатам (все они не из "Единой России"). Очень достойная позиция, когда бывший глава демонстрирует уважение к воле избирателей и не унижает себя бессмысленным цеплянием за ускользнувшую власть и привилегии.
