Коллега [id493466526|Юрий Самгин] запечатлел наш вчерашний прием жителей Зюзино. За 2 с небольшим часа мы приняли 7 человек. В этот раз сразу двое человек пришли пожаловаться на проблемы с ЖСК в своем доме. ЖСК (жилищно-строительный кооператив) - это еще старая советская форма жилищного самоуправления. Обычно, дома, в которых есть активный председатель и правление ЖСК (или ТСЖ), находятся в лучшем состоянии, чем многие муниципальные дома под управлением "Жилищника". Но бывают и конфликты между правлением и жителями. Один из случаев, с которым ко мне обратились вчера - очень необычный. Будем дополнительно встречаться и изучать все документы.
Кроме того, были вопросы по поводу сроков начала реновации в Зюзино. Поквартальные проекты планировки с точными сроками и очередностью переселения домов должны были опубликовать к 1 августа. Но не опубликованы до сих пор. Плюс жалоба на отсутствие крытой остановки на углу Каховки и Керченской улице (остановка автобуса №710). Плюс жалоба на плохое содержание многоэтажки на Керченской - выйду и проверю самостоятельно. Юрий Самгин проконсультировал жительницу дома на Каховке по поводу процедуры оформления земельного участка по домом в общедолевую собственность его жителей. Общедолевая собственность - лучшая защита от любого строительства и вредоустройства без согласования с жителями.
Депутаты [club71423350|Штаба Зюзино] по очереди ведут прием каждый понедельник с 16.00 до 19.00 по адресу ул. Каховка, д. 12Б (вход в здание с обратной стороны от входа в управу). Мой следующий приемный день - 25 ноября. Приходите, если нужна помощь или сами хотите чем-то помочь.
