Ночь оставляет след в душе моей,
Роскошным бархатом рождает складки линий,
Оттенки красок и оформленность частей,
Столь призрачны. Объемлет паутиной
Мир снов пришедших в отсвете зеркал,
Потусторонних, сумрачных и древних,
Из них иной ведь выйдет и в астрал,
С кого-то ж груз тоски спадет душевной…
О ночь! Святая ночь! Ты целый мир в душе,
В миг воскресишь печально волей властной,
Напоминаешь ты красотку в парандже,
Что лик свой сокрывает так бесстрастно…

Скиталец, день! Мой многословный друг,
Когда ты в тишь ночную погрузишься,
Без ложной скромности, влиянья лженаук,
Ты в ней сполна до утра растворишься…
И в ожидании тепла и доброты,
Что нам дарует утро новой жизни,
Мгновения прохлады мы продлим,
Ночного сумрака – молчания Отчизны.
