Дело в том, что вчера в рамках курса "OpenDesign" от "Сибирской Ассоциации архитекторов и дизайнеров состоялось лекционное занятие, на котором Игорь Барбашин, юрист компании "Де-Факто", затрагивал правовые аспекты в работе дизайнера интерьеров.
Вопрос о том, почему мы с ним на "ты", объясняется просто: в очередной раз подтверждается народная истина о том, что мир - тесен, так как с Игорем мы, хоть и поверхностно, но ранее уже были знакомы через иную сферу. Не дизайна, но тоже имеющую отношение к творчеству ????
А что касается курса "OpenDesign", то мы, слушатели, уже вышли на финишную прямую - идет последняя, десятая, неделя обучения. И я всё еще не устаю удивляться тому, насколько объемно и комплексно организаторы подошли к составлению данного учебного процесса. Затрагивалось всё: и теория дизайна, и практика, и углубленное изучение материалов, техники, предметов интерьера и т.п.; плюс, было обращение к вопросам бизнес-продвижения своих услуг, селф-менеджмента, тайм-менеджмента, а вчера вот еще и юридические вопросы были подняты на обсуждение.
За это выражаю отдельную благодарность, так как лично для меня этот вопрос действительно является насущным в силу предстоящего приобретения статуса юридического лица. Было полезно и познавательно получить информацию об особенностях заключения договорных отношений с заказчиками.
Но.., если честно, то ожиданий от данной лекции было больше... ????
Очень хотелось узнать как раз таки тонкости образования юр.лиц (преимущества и недостатки той или иной формы именно в сфере работы в дизайне интерьеров). Также большой интерес вызывает система налогообложения, патентная система. Кроме того насущными и чрезвычайно актуальными являются вопросы, касающиеся особенностей сопровождения хранения и обработки персональных данных клиентов, организации сбора персональных данных клиентов офлайн и онлайн и т.д. и т.п., так как точно знаю, что законодательная база по этим моментам в текущем году претерпела существенные изменения, и хотелось бы узнать, каким образом эти изменения нужно учитывать именно в работе дизайнера интерьеров. Ну, и так далее...
Конечно, понимаю, что в рамках ограниченного времени одной лекции досконально все эти вопросы не то, что разобрать, но даже и озвучить, наверное, было бы невозможно.
Но... помечтать-то можно?... ????
В конце концов, даже если не для себя помечтать и выразить свои насущные хотения, так, по крайней мере, для последующих наборов курсов - может, в них как раз эти вопросы и станут разбирать и рассматривать более пристально. ????
Ведь, грамотность юридического сопровождения своего дела - это один из важнейших залогов успеха. Причем, не только в рамках отношения с государством, но и в отношениях с заказчиками.
Так что... будем надеяться, что последующие открытые лекции будут дополнены ????✨

The fact is that yesterday, as part of the OpenDesign course from the Siberian Association of Architects and Designers, a lecture was held in which Igor Barbashin, a lawyer for De Facto, touched upon the legal aspects of the work of the interior designer.
The question of why we are with you is simply explained: once again the popular truth is confirmed that the world is close, because we, although superficially, were already familiar through Igor through a different sphere. Not design, but also related to creativity ????
As for the OpenDesign course, we students have already reached the finish line - the last, tenth week of training is coming. And I still do not get tired of wondering how voluminously and comprehensively the organizers approached the compilation of this educational process. Everything was touched: both the theory of design, and practice, and the in-depth study of materials, equipment, interior items, etc .; plus, there was an appeal to the issues of business promotion of their services, self-management, time management, and yesterday here also legal issues were raised for discussion.
I express special gratitude for this, since for me personally this issue is really urgent due to the upcoming acquisition of the status of a legal entity. It was useful and informative to get information about the features of concluding contractual relations with customers.
But .., to be honest, there were more expectations from this lecture ... ????
I really wanted to know exactly the subtleties of the formation of legal entities (the advantages and disadvantages of one form or another in the field of work in interior design). Also of great interest is the tax system, the patent system. In addition, urgent and extremely topical issues are those related to the features of maintaining the storage and processing of personal data of clients, the organization of the collection of personal data of clients offline and online, etc. etc., since I know for sure that the legislative framework for these issues has undergone significant changes this year, and I would like to know how these changes should be taken into account precisely in the work of the interior designer. Well, and so on ...
Of course, I understand that within the limited time of one lecture thoroughly all these issues are not something to sort out, but even to voice, probably, would be impossible.
But ... is it possible to dream? ... ????
In the end, even if you don’t dream for yourself and express your urgent desires, at least for the subsequent sets of courses - maybe these issues will be dealt with and examined more closely in them. ????
Indeed, literacy of legal support of one’s business is one of the most important guarantees of success. Moreover, not only in the framework of relations with the state, but also in relations with customers.
So ... let's hope that the next open lectures will be supplemented ???? ✨
