Май выдался на удивление очень активным на посещение разного рода встреч и мероприятий????.
Недавече прошел "Первый Сибирский фестиваль предметного дизайна" - о нем расскажу чуть позже (он вызвал во мне слишком много разных противоречивых чувств и мыслей, которые в двух словах не изложишь) ????
А сегодня в рамках Городских дней предпринимательства #BusinessDays2018 в Мэрии города Новосибирск посетила Круглый стол на тему "День взаимодействия предпринимателя и органов контроля".
...даже посидела на чьем-то депутатском кресле ???????? в качестве полноценного участника сего собрания ????
Среди присутствующих в "президиуме" были представители разных гос.структур: помимо непосредственных представителей департаментов был и начальник управления потребительского рынка мэрии, и начальник отдела организации надзора Управления Роспотребнадзора, и зам.начальника отдела контроля органов власти Управления федеральной антимонопольной службы, и начальник отдела государственного земельного надзора Управления Росреестра, и начальник отдела муниципального земельного контроля департамента земельных и имущественных отношений мэрии.
Но! наибольший интерес, судя по количеству вопросов ????, поступивших от предпринимателей в формате открытой беседы, вызвали начальник отдела государственного пожарного надзора ГУ МЧС, главный государственный налоговый инспектор отдела оперативного контроля УФНС, помощник прокурора города, а также заместитель начальника Главного управления архитектуры и градостроительства мэрии. Злободневные подняли вопросы: и про нашумевшие изменения в налоговом законодательстве, и про то, как предпринимателю жить в мире и согласии с представителями пожарного надзора, и про то, как правильно подбирать или оформлять те или иные земельные участки и помещения зданий под разные функциональные нужды бизнеса, и про то, как предпринимателю защитить свои права перед разными полномочными и неполномочными проверками ????.
В общем, было интересно, познавательно. Шла туда в целях, что называется, "общего развития", а по факту почерпнула достаточно много полезной информации для конкретно свой деятельности, в которой прохожу свое текущее становление. Так что, если кому-то интересны данные вопросы, то советую тоже присоединяться к подобным встречам. Встречи проводятся на безвозмездной основе в рамках общего просвещения. На них РЕАЛЬНО можно попасть ???? - они открыты для всех.

But! judging by the number of questions ???? received from entrepreneurs in an open conversation format, the greatest interest was caused by the head of the state fire supervision department of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the main state tax inspector of the operational control department of the Federal Tax Service, the assistant prosecutor of the city, and the deputy head of the Main Directorate of Architecture and Urban Planning of City Hall. Topical issues raised: about the sensational changes in tax legislation, and about how an entrepreneur to live in peace and harmony with representatives of fire supervision, and about how to choose or arrange these or those land plots and building premises for different functional needs of the business , and about how the entrepreneur to protect their rights before various authorized and non-authorized audits ????.
In general, it was interesting, informative. I went there for the purposes of what is called “general development,” and in fact I gathered quite a lot of useful information for my particular activity in which I am going through my current formation. So, if someone is interested in these issues, then I also advise you to join in such meetings. Meetings are held free of charge as part of general education. You can REALLY get on them ???? - they are open to all.
