Эти слова мне буквально впечатались вчера в мозг???? на дизайн-конференции, на которую я впервые за последние два года шла не ради выступлений про дизайн, а ради сопутствующих лекций про бизнес, про продвижение, про управление. И, в частности, шла ради выступления президента [club40338251|"Союза Дизайнеров и Архитекторов"] [id4174161|Евгения Тюрина] - потому что он - мега-креативщик в вопросах продвижения бренда????????
Евгений поведал огромную массу лайф-хаков относительно брендинга, но шутка про увольнение прочно проникла в мозг потому, что на следующий день мне предстояло сделать именно это...
По плану сегодняшнего дня у меня стояло составить разговор с сотрудником, получить от него заявление об увольнении, после чего уехать на теперь уже второй день конференции "Unica Design Days", организованной [club129811701|"Сибирской Ассоциацией Дизайнеров и Архитекторов"]. Но сотрудник прибыл не с утра, а значительно позже, и я, рассудив, что уже, всё равно, поздно выдвигаться в [club50940735|МВК «Новосибирск Экспоцентр»], на площадке которого и идет конференция, осталась в [club159077722|Центре]. Ну, и, в целом, вышло так, что домой-то ушла уже лишь в 21-ом часу - так уж сложился день: нужно было много чего решить и сделать по ходу дня.
В общем, оказался он ооочень насыщенным! Причем, для всего персонала. Поэтому в конце дня отправила в общий чат сообщение с благодарностью за большой со-организованный труд, который провели мои сотрудники сегодня. А после отправления, уже в частном порядке продолжился ряд бесед. В частности, в одной из них была упомянута разработанная в Центре геймификация для маленьких пациентов, проходящих у нас лечение и коррекцию, в виде получения мотивирующих наклеек-награждений после прохождения очередного занятия для вклеивания их в "Паспорт любимого клиента". От души посмеялась над шуткой, и поймала себя на мысли, что день прошел со-о-овсем не так, как предполагался.
Про то, что провести его должна была в другом месте, - даже молчу. Но самое главное - он эмоционально прошел совсем ИНАЧЕ, нежели ожидалось. Ведь, реально думала, что день предстоит прожить в роли "палача", потому что, как бы ни был мне симпатичен сотрудник, как человек, но расстаться с ним нужно было обязательно, потому что есть проступки, после которых расставание - единственное, что остается - и неважно, каковы его основные черты личности.
Но беседа прошла достаточно легко. Расстались хоть и на минорной, но, как бы парадоксально ни звучало, оптимистичной ноте: человек сделал для себя выводы на будущее, но в то же время совокупностью жизненных обстоятельств не будет наказан за свой проступок настолько избыточно, что будет ввергнут в пучину проблем. В общем, надеюсь, что всё с ним будет хорошо: случившееся станет хорошим уроком, чтобы он продолжал расти, как еще более хорошая личность.
Ну, а в самом Центре, в связи с тем, что осталась на весь день, стала свидетелем того, насколько сотрудники сегодня реально трудились, как настоящая Команда ???????? - хоть и вымотанная и уставшая к концу дня, но сплоченная, радеющая за общий результат пользы для пациентов.
Поэтому, выходя из Центра в 21-ом часу и шагая домой, испытывала вместо ожидаемого накануне чувства напряжения и тревоги, - умиротворение и распирающее грудь счастье????
Значит, всё идет правильно - всё идет в содружестве с "замыслами Вселенной"????????
Так что... мало ли что мы там планируем в контексте своей жизни... У Мира на нас свои какие-то Планы????

These words were literally imprinted on my brain yesterday ???? at a design conference to which I went for the first time in the last two years not for the sake of speaking about design, but for the sake of accompanying lectures about business, about promotion, about management. And, in particular, she went for the presidential speech [club40338251 | "Union of Designers and Architects"] [id4174161 | Evgeny Tyurin] - because he is a mega-creator in matters of brand promotion ????????
Eugene told a huge mass of life hacks regarding branding, but the joke about dismissal firmly penetrated the brain because the next day I had to do just that ...
According to the plan of today, I had to make a conversation with an employee, get a letter of resignation from him, and then leave for now the second day of the conference "Unica Design Days", organized by [club129811701 | "Siberian Association of Designers and Architects"]. But the employee did not arrive in the morning, but much later, and I, judging that it was already too late to advance to the [club50940735 | Novosibirsk Expocentre International Exhibition Complex], on the site of which the conference was going, remained in the [club159077722 | Center]. Well, and, on the whole, it turned out that she left home only at the 21st hour - that was the day: there was a lot to decide and do in the course of the day.
In general, it turned out to be soooo saturated! Moreover, for all staff. Therefore, at the end of the day I sent a message to the general chat with gratitude for the great co-organized work that my employees carried out today. And after departure, a number of conversations continued privately. In particular, one of them mentioned the gamification developed at the Center for young patients undergoing treatment and correction, in the form of motivating reward stickers after the next lesson to paste them into the “Passport of a beloved client”. She laughed heartily at the joke, and caught herself thinking that the day was not so-so as it was supposed to be.
About the fact that it was supposed to be held elsewhere - even I am silent. But most importantly - he emotionally went completely differently than expected. After all, I really thought that the day was to live in the role of the “executioner”, because no matter how nice the employee was, as a person, I had to leave him because there were misconducts, after which separation was the only thing left - and it doesn’t matter what his main personality traits are.
But the conversation was easy enough. They parted, albeit on a minor, but, paradoxically as it may sound, an optimistic note: a person made conclusions for himself for the future, but at the same time, by the totality of life circumstances he will not be punished for his misconduct so excessively that it will plunge into the abyss of problems. In general, I hope that everything will be fine with him: what happened will be a good lesson so that he continues to grow as an even better person.
Well, in the Center itself, due to the fact that it remained for the whole day, it became a witness of how much the employees really worked today, like a real Team ???????? - although exhausted and tired by the end of the day, it is close-knit, glad for the overall result of the benefit for patients.
Therefore, leaving the Center at the 21st hour and striding home, instead of the feeling of tension and anxiety expected on the eve, I felt peace and chest-breaking happiness ????
So, everything is going right - everything is going in conjunction with the "intentions of the Universe" ????????
So ... you never know what we are planning there in the context of our lives ... Does the World have any plans for us ????
