То, что чинуши мечтают о "пластиковом мире" без животных и растений, хорошо видно по деяниям собянинской администрации в Москве.
И про "освоение многомиллионных бюджетов" на дикие цели - тоже правда.
Как и то, что недоброжелатели (а они есть) используют любые поводы для унижения России. Но поводы эти они чаще всего не выдумывают, а берут готовые. Их подкидывают "туземные" РФ-власти. Вот и вопрос с очевидным ответом: кто из них больший "недоброжелатель"?
И последнее. Насчёт бродячих собак - вопрос непростой. Бродячие стаи в городах и посёлках недопустимы. Но вот кошки?! Кому помешали они?! Хотя ответ понятен.
