Многие слышали про кризис воспроизводимости исследований в психологии. И вот теперь настало время воспроизведения биологических статей. The Reproducibility Project: Cancer Biology опубликовал результаты воспроизведения первых 5 статей:

Удалось воспроизвести результаты только 2 статей из 5. Запасаемся попкорном)
Показательна реакция одного из профессоров, чья статья в Nature не воспроизводится: "Неужели целых три поколения постдоков в моей лаборатории заблуждались, как и другие люди из других лабораторий? Что-то мне не верится в это."
("Have three generations of postdocs in my lab fooled themselves, and all these other people done the same? I have a hard time believing that”.)
А еще интересней реакция одного из консультантов по доклинике.

Он пишет, что даже в рамках строжайшей регуляции GLP результаты, получаемые двумя разными лабораториями зачастую не совпадают. Мол, это ж жизнь, чего такого? А все эти сенсации о невоспроизводимости, мол, только вредят финансированию разработок новых противораковых препаратов. Пусть воспроизводящие сначала докажут воспроизводимость собственных воспроизведений!
И действительно, чего тут обсуждать? Проще ж пойти покритиковать гомеопатию, там всё понятно)
