???? У меня сегодня очень крутой день
Занимаемся внедрением новых игровых процессов в курс.
Я в тренинговом деле 8 лет и давно считаю, что "образование прошлого" уже не торт
Теория, практика, внедрение - этого уже недостаточно
Давно строю тренинги, мк в формате обучение + развлечение
Но, в последнее время, всё больше увлекаюсь, изучаю внедрение игровых процессов в тренинг, особенно в групповых форматах
И это очень круто. Как для участников, так и для тренера
Думаю, что в идеале весь тренинг должен быть игровым
То есть, для тебя вообще весь процесс идёт как игра и нет "сложных" моментов, обучение проходит фоном. Всё как в обучении детей.
В общем, весь день в этом. Кайфую.
В прошлом потоке Феникса я слегка попробовал.
С этого потока уже заложили основательный фундамент.
Дальше пойдём к полностью игровой модели.
Это вообще по-другому. Обучающие материалы уходят на второй план. Они, по сути, встроены в процессы, в которых ты участвуешь.
И это совсем по-другому.
