Потом вспомните идеи анархо-капиталистов об отсутствии налогов (для простоты будем считать сборы тоже налогами). Здесь я разражаюсь гомерическим смехом, ибо не верю, что Homo sapiens на данном этапе своего развития достаточно сапиенс, чтобы сложить два плюс два и осознать связь между собственным материальным и временным вкладом в здравоохранение и состояние этого самого здравоохранения.
Я не понимаю, почему не всем ясно, что основой здравоохранения должна быть страховая система. При чем здесь бюджет вообще? Почему какой-то бюджет должен заботиться о том, что вы вовремя не сподобились пройти обязательный скрининг и позволяете своим зубам гнить по несколько десятков лет? Почему модно петь о том, что "в этой стране" так трудно получить лечение незащищенным слоям населения, а особенно нелегалам и мигрантам? Да где вы видели, чтобы те, кто не платит страховые взносы, вообще какое-то лечение в другой стране получали? В социалистической Канаде, к вашему сведению, если у тебя нет медицинской страховки, ты должен заплатить за прием 700 канадских долларов — просто за прием, безо всяких манипуляций, визуальных исследований типа УЗИ.
В этом году ИП платит взносов в ОМС на сумму почти 3800 рублей В ГОД. Минтруд предложил увеличить эту сумму в два-четыре раза. Тут же запели всякие предприниматели о том, что надо уходить в тень, ибо пятнадцать тысяч рублей в год — это же так много, что можно разориться.
