Недавно написал это в фейсбуке, напишу и здесь. Это пост о том, что мы делаем и, что тоже важно, чего мы не делаем в [club92523083|Brainex – создаем сложные ИТ-проекты]
Brainex - это команда разработки сложных ИТ-проектов. Мы берем идею, понимаем (и помогаем сформулировать) цели и задачи, подбираем технологии, реализуем, запускаем, поддерживаем, развиваем. Если нужно, делаем проект масштабируемым и отказоустойчивым, применяем машинное обучение и нейросети – да хоть блокчейн можем, если это действительно оптимальное решение задачи. В общем, обеспечиваем полный цикл и результат под ключ - но только в части IT. Мы не занимаемся продвижением, рекламой и иными сторонами бизнеса, хотя безусловно учитываем их в нашей работе.
Эффективнее всего мы в задачах, для которых нет стандартного и очевидного технического решения. Кстати, в половине случаев эти задачи кто-то уже безуспешно пытался решить, и нас зовут спасать проект .) В 100% таких ситуаций мы начинаем проект заново с самого начала, обсуждая с заказчиком его потребности и продумывая особенности реализации. Иногда мы помогаем и небольшим проектам, но более типичны задачи, занимающие от нескольких месяцев разработки.
Мой главный принцип сотрудничества – это уверенность в том, что мы принесем ценности больше, чем стоят наши услуги. Поэтому часто я объясняю потенциальным клиентам, что мы им не нужны, поскольку для их задач есть прекрасные стандартные решения (crm, конструкторы сайтов и лендингов и т.п.) и не надо ничего разрабатывать.
Запросы "нам нужен мидл фронт по ангуляру на 10 часов" – это совсем не по адресу, и дело тут не в том, 10 часов или 1000. Мы не сдаем отдельные головы в аренду, наша ценность – это сработанная команда с поставленными процессами, наш продукт – это полное решение задачи. Если нужны отдельные специалисты – на рынке много мест, где их можно взять.
Кстати, мы работаем только на open source технологиях: php, python, javascript, postgres и прочие хорошие слова (конечно, это не полный список) – это осознанное решение, в преимуществах которого мы убедили всех наших клиентов.
Буду показывать этот пост всем, кто хочет что-то заказать. Не поймите превратно, я одинаково рад пообщаться со всеми и был бы рад всем помочь – но для разных целей подходят разные инструменты. Brainex – это один из них.
