АЭРОФЛОТ И СОБАКИ.
Это произошло утром 27.08.2017 года в аэропорту Пулково, шла регистрация на рейс компании «Аэрофлот» вылетающий в Петропавловск-Камчатский через Москву. Два молодых человека (офицер Российского флота и его жена), улетали на Камчатку после отпуска, к месту службы. С ними была замечательная собака по кличке Борей, немецкая овчарка, умница и очень вежливый пес. В отпуск они также улетали с Камчатки до Москвы, потом из Москвы в Санкт- Петербург. Погостив немного в Петербурге, улетели сначала в Минеральные Воды на Кавказ, затем самолетом в Анапу, потом из Анапы в Москву, то есть совершили пять перелетов. Естественно, вместе с собакой, которая летела в специальной клетке, в багажном отделении. Ни у одной компании, ни на одном рейсе не возникло вопросов с перевозкой собаки, наоборот все сотрудники были очень внимательны и благодушны к собачке. Та отвечала им взаимностью: смирно сидела, когда было нужно ее взвесить, позволяла себя гладить и стоически переносила перелеты в одиночестве в багажном отсеке. После встречи с хозяевами радовалась, вызывая умиление окружающих пассажиров.
Но вот настал тот злополучный день 27 августа. Молодые люди и их собака заблаговременно прибыли в аэропорт, как всегда заблаговременно прошли все необходимые инстанции, зарегистрировались на рейс и купили собаке билет.
Беда подкралась неожиданно в лице начальницы смены Никулиной Светланы, которая попросила представить клетку к осмотру, а затем потрясая инструкциями сказала, что она не соответствует параметрам указанным в инструкции «Аэрофлота», поэтому либо собака не летит, либо надо поменять клетку. Вразумительно объяснит почему эта клетка не подходит начальница не смогла, сказав, что грузчикам ее на поставить в багажный отсек. Все доводы о том, что собака уже как минимум пять раз летала в этой клетки и грузчики в разных аэропортах нашей страны, в том числе и в Пулково справлялись с этой задачей, ее не убедили. Решили спросить у грузчиков в этот раз справятся ли они с поставленной задачей, последовал ответ: « Нам все равно что грузить, хоть слона, лишь бы была багажная бирка на клетке.
Этот аргумент тоже не подействовал на начальницу, «нет я такого решения принять не могу» - еще раз заявила начальница: «поменяйте билеты на другое число» - и ушла. Пес грустно лежал у ног хозяев, понимая что решается его судьба. Как выяснилось ближайшие билеты до Петропавловска только на 13 сентября, а офицеру надо быть на службе 1 сентября. До вылета оставалось полчаса. Когда молодые люди уходили на посадку, пес, нет не залаял, а жалобно заскулил, да так, что все кто был в этот многолюдный час в аэропорту стали оборачиваться на собаку.
К счастью, финал этой истории оказался не столь грустным. Пес остался у родителей молодых людей, правда, он очень скучал, плохо ел, нервничал и не хотел играть с любимой косточкой. Через несколько дней он улетел в сопровождении знакомой транзитным рейсом через Новосибирск, в той же самой клетке и благополучно прибыл на Камчатку. В этот раз проблем не возникло ни с клеткой, ни с грузчиками. Наоборот, все старались помочь как могли и сочувствовали собаке. Она понимала и благодарно принимала все это.
В своей усадьбе в Житомире у писателя А.И. Куприна был собственный приблудившийся пудель по прозвищу «Негодяй». Куприн любил собак больше, чем людей, в своем дневнике он писал: «У нас на глазах собаки все больше очеловечиваются. Но всюду так много примеров особачившихся и освинячившихся людей…»
Так давайте, все-таки, оставаться людьми!

After meeting with the owners, she was happy, causing emotion of the surrounding passengers.
But then came that ill-fated day on August 27. Young people and their dog arrived at the airport in advance, as always, in advance they passed all the necessary authorities, checked in for the flight and bought a ticket for the dog.
The trouble unexpectedly crept up in the person of shift supervisor Nikulina Svetlana, who asked for a cage for inspection, and then shocked with instructions she said that she did not meet the parameters specified in the Aeroflot instructions, so either the dog did not fly or it was necessary to change the cage. She will intelligently explain why this cell is not suitable, the boss could not, saying that the loaders could not put it in the luggage compartment. All the arguments that the dog had already flown in this cage at least five times and the loaders at various airports in our country, including Pulkovo, coped with this task, were not convinced. We decided to ask the movers this time whether they would be able to cope with the task, and the answer came: “We don’t care what to load, even if the elephant is just a baggage tag on the cage.

When the young people left for landing, the dog did not bark, but whined plaintively, so much so that everyone who was at this busy hour at the airport began to turn around to look at the dog.
Fortunately, the ending of this story was not so sad. The dog remained with the parents of young people, however, he was very bored, ate badly, was nervous and did not want to play with his favorite bone. A few days later he flew off accompanied by a familiar transit flight through Novosibirsk, in the same cage, and arrived safely in Kamchatka. This time there were no problems either with the cage or with the loaders. On the contrary, everyone tried to help as best they could and sympathized with the dog. She understood and gratefully accepted all this.
In his estate in Zhitomir, the writer A.I. Kuprina was her own stray poodle, nicknamed the Scoundrel. Kuprin loved dogs more than people, in his diary he wrote: “Before our eyes, dogs are becoming more and more humanized. But everywhere there are so many examples of distinguished and sanctified people ... "
