Побывал на конференции "От импортозамещения к инновациям и экономике знаний". Забавные впечатления.
Сперва чиновники в формате круглого стола долго пытаются выяснить, есть ли у нас конкурентноспособные инновации, которые можно экспортировать за границу. При этом от прямых вопросов все уходят и льют воду в духе "мы работаем над этим". Все говорят как у нас все плохо, но что делать - то ли не знают, то ли боятся озвучивать.
Потом один из них начинает сыпать цитатами из библии и китайскими мудростями в духе что "целое важнее частного" и что "власть важнее собственности" или как-то так.
Ну вот потому, что власть у нас важнее собственности, все фирмы в которых я работал хоть и созданы россиянами, но зарегистрированы в других странах и вся интеллектуальная собственность находится там, а не здесь. Потому что создателям этой собственности очень не хочется ее лишиться по произволу государства, и недаром пресловутые "10 правил ведения ИТ бизнеса в России" наполовину состоят из рекомендаций держать все что можно (сервера, данные, интеллектуальную собственность) за ее пределами.
