Уныние: несколько советов, как избавиться от уныния.
Обычно, если у человека нет молитвы, у него постоянно уныние. Особенно у гордых, тех, кто любят осуждать ближнего, разбирать его по косточкам. Такому человеку говоришь, что этого делать нельзя, уныние замучает, но он не понимает. Ему хочется быть начальником, в каждую дырочку нос сунуть, все знать, всем доказать свою правоту. Такой человек ставит себя высоко. А когда встречает отпор, тогда происходят скандалы, обиды, — благодать Божия уходит, и человек впадает в уныние. Особенно часто уныние случается с тем, кто нераскаян в грехах — душа его не примирена с Богом. Почему у человека нет мира, покоя и радости? Потому, что нет покаяния. Многие скажут: «А я каюсь! » Каяться на словах, одним языком — это мало. Если ты покаялся, что осуждал, думал плохое, так не возвращайся к этому больше, подобно тому, как по словам апостола Петра «вымытая свинья снова идет валяться в грязи» (2 Петр. 2,22). Не возвращайся в эту грязь, и тогда душа всегда будет спокойна. Уныние. Допустим, подошел ближний и нас оскорбил. Ну, перетерпи его немощи. Ведь ты от этого не похудеешь и не постареешь. Конечно, плохо тому человеку, который долгое время себе цену набивал, высокое мнение о себе создавал, и вдруг его кто-то смирил! Обязательно он взбунтуется, будет недоволен, обидится. Что ж, таков путь человека гордого. Смиренный считает, что если что-то ему выговорили, значит, так надо… Наш путь христианский — ни о ком плохое не говорить, никого не возмущать, всех терпеть, всем нести мир и покой. И постоянно пребывать в молитве. И на свой злой язык наложить епитимию, сказать ему: «Всю жизнь ты болтал — теперь хватит! Принимайся за дело — читай молитву. Не хочется? Заставлю!" Если уныние только пришло, только началось — открывайте Евангелие и читайте до тех пор, пока бес не отойдет от вас. Допустим, алкоголику захотелось выпить — если он понимает, что бес напал, пусть открывает Евангелие, несколько глав прочитает — и бес сразу отойдет. И так любую страсть, которой человек страдает, можно победить. Начинаем Евангелие читать, призывать на помощь Господа — сразу бесы отходят. Как было с одним монахом. Он молился в келии и в это время бесы явно подошли к нему, схватили его за руки и потащили из келии. Он уперся руками в косяки двери и вскричал: «Господи, до чего бесы обнаглели — уже из келии насильным путем вытаскивают!» Бесы мигом исчезли, а монах снова обратился к Богу: «Господи, что же Ты не помогаешь? » А Господь и говорит ему: «А ты ко мне не обращаешься. Как только обратился, Я тебе сразу помог». Многие не видят милости Божией. Бывали разные случаи. Человек один все роптал, что Матерь Божия, Господь не помогают ему ни в чем. Однажды явился к нему Ангел и сказал: «Вспомни, вот когда вы на лодке плыли с друзьями, лодка перевернулась и твой друг утонул, а ты жив остался. Тебя тогда Матерь Божия спасла; Она слышала и внимала молитвам твоей матери. А теперь вспомни, когда вы ехали на бричке и конь рванул в сторону — бричка перевернулась. Друг с тобой сидел; он был убит, а ты остался жив». И стал Ангел приводить столько случаев, которые были с этим человеком в его жизни. Сколько раз грозила ему смерть или неприятность, и все проносило мимо его… Просто мы слепы и думаем, что все это случайно, и поэтому неблагодарны Господу за спасение нас от бед.
