Если ты хочешь идти за Христом Богом и любить Его, как требуется, т.е. всем сердцем, всею душою, всем разумением, всей крепостью твоей, т.е. всеми силами жизни (Мк. 12:30). Вникай! Вникай! Здесь — не истребление вещей и даже не внешнее выведение человека из круга вещей, потому что это было бы убийством земли, а земля — все же творение Бога. Здесь — не истребление вещей, а подчинение их одному началу жизни, каким является Бог. Только Господь, только Христос, только любовь к Нему и следование за Ним остаются ежедневной всепоглощающей целью жизни. Все другое только исполняет служебную роль в отношении этой главной и единственной цели. Все другие твои занятия, интересы, стремления, даже лучшая, идеальнейшая любовь, должны быть не целью сами по себе, а только орудием, средством в них и через них выполнять Божию волю о тебе и жизни в них, и через них послужить одной любви ко Христу и Богу. Такова должна быть служебная роль земного и вещного. Значит, вещь ты можешь иметь и внешним можешь жить вплоть до отдачи ему всех твоих земных устремлений, например, в науке, искусстве, как и в других занятиях, но все твои вещные устремления пусть имеют только служебную роль в твоей жизни, т.е. через них служи одной правде жизни, через них оправдай свою жизнь. Словом, служи не им самим по себе, а в них и через них отдавай свое сердце и всю свою жизнь одному Богу. Таким путем требуется внутренне выйти из круга вещей, не иметь в них никакой ценности, не задерживаться на них и частью души, а еще лучше — отвернуться от них и кинуть их вон из себя. Так как это был призыв выйти из вещности, то ученики и называют его сверхсильным для человека. Ведь сам-то человек — вещен! Кажется, невозможно ему выйти из круга вещей. И в изумлении и трепете души спрашивали друг друга ученики: «Кто же может спастись, если таково требование к спасающемуся?» Господь отвечает на это. Он соглашается с учениками. Да, говорит Господь, «человекам это невозможно». Снова вникай в Господне слово. Он не сказал: «Это невозможно», т.е. что Его требование сверхъестественно и утопично и, значит, невыполнимо. Но говорит: «Человекам это невозможно», т.е. Он соглашается с учениками в оценке человеческой слабости и утверждает, что людям, в которых есть вещность, непосильно выполнить Его заповедь. Полнее мысль Господа раскрывается так: для человеческой души выйти из круга вещей совершенно возможно и даже должно, потому что душа должна быть духовна и безвещна, и потому Я и даю такую заповедь. Но греховной душе выйти непосильно, потому что грех и есть измена духовности души и погружение ее в вещность. А когда душа «погубит» себя греховную, чтобы найти себя возрожденною, тогда она, очищенная, и сможет выйти из вещного круга, потому что тогда в ней и с ней будет сила, Божия сила. Ведь Божия сила спасает человека. Божия сила всемогуща. «Всё возможно Богу» (ст. 27).

If you want to follow Christ God and love Him as required, i.e. with all my heart, with all my soul, with all my mind, with all your strength, i.e. by all the forces of life (Mark 12:30). Dig in! Dig in! Here - not the extermination of things, and not even the external removal of a person from the circle of things, because this would be the killing of the earth, and the earth is still God's creation. Here is not the extermination of things, but their submission to one principle of life, which God is. Only the Lord, only Christ, only love for Him and following Him remain the daily all-consuming goal of life. Everything else only fulfills a service role in relation to this main and only goal. All your other activities, interests, aspirations, even the best, most ideal love, should not be an end in themselves, but only an instrument, a means in them and through them to fulfill God's will for you and life in them, and through them to serve one love for Christ and God. Such should be the service role of the earthly and the material. This means that you can have a thing and you can live outward until you give it all your earthly aspirations, for example, in science, art, as in other occupations, but let all your material aspirations only have a service role in your life, i.e. through them, serve the one truth of life; through them, justify your life. In a word, do not serve them on your own, but in them and through them give your heart and all your life to God alone. In this way, it is necessary to internally get out of the circle of things, have no value in them, not linger on them and part of the soul, and even better - turn away from them and throw them out of you. Since this was a call to leave things, the students called him superstrong for a person. After all, the man himself is prophetic! It seems impossible for him to get out of the circle of things. And in amazement and awe of the soul the disciples asked each other: “Who can be saved, if such is the requirement for the one to be saved?” The Lord answers this. He agrees with the students. Yes, says the Lord, "this is not possible for humans." Look into the Lord’s word again. He did not say: “This is impossible”, i.e. that His demand is supernatural and utopian and, therefore, impossible. But he says: “This is impossible for humans”, i.e. He agrees with his students in assessing human weakness and argues that it is beyond the reach of people who have materiality to obey His commandment. The Lord’s thought is more fully revealed as follows: for the human soul to go out of the circle of things is absolutely possible and even should, because the soul must be spiritual and gloomy, and therefore I give such a commandment. But it is beyond the power of a sinful soul to go, because sin is a betrayal of the spirituality of the soul and its immersion in materiality. And when the soul “destroys” itself sinful in order to find itself regenerated, then it, purified, will be able to leave the material circle, because then there will be power in it and with it, God's power. After all, God's power saves man. God's power is omnipotent. “Everything is possible to God” (v. 27).
