Друзья, понимаю что это не хедхантер, но знаю что среди френдов есть много разработчиков.
В связи с активным развитием Питерского офиса ищу людей. Большая компания, интересные и сложные проекты. Компания - один из крупнейших в РФ системных интеграторов, то есть проекты - внедрение, а не продуктовая разработка.
Для меня, помимо глубины понимания технологий, критически важными являются soft-skills. Ищу умных и проактивных людей.
Сейчас наиболее востребованы две позиции - разработчик СУБД и разработчик C#.
Разработчик СУБД - разработка аналитических систем, не OLTP. Нужно хорошее знание SQL, понимание принципов работы с большими объемами данных.
Разработчик C# - это разработка под BPM Online и ELMA. Также желательно знание SQL и опыт работы с СУБД. Нужен человек, который готов не только кодить на C#, но и заниматься смежными технологиями.
Кстати, если кто-то имеет реальный опыт работы с Hadoop - пишите, есть крайне интересная тема )
