Многих волнует тема тайм-менеджмента. Беречь свое время - очень важный навык. Но в этой погоне за эффективностью мы можем упустить что-то важное. Например, быть в моменте того, что происходит с нами здесь, сегодня и сейчас. Вот пример. Недавно ко мне записывается девушка. Я рассказываю где, когда и как. Говорю, что для подготовки встречаемся за 2 часа до начала съемки. Она очень удивляется и, наверно, даже огорчается, что сборы продлятся столько же времени, сколько ее собирали на свадьбу. Честно, я могу за час и за 40 минут сделать прическу и макияж. Но я закладываю время на то, что мы не будем сидеть молча, что, возможно, клиенту нужно будет ответить на звонок или отойти, переодеться, попить... Я уже не говорю про всякие форсмажоры в дороге, и что опоздание в 10-15 минут в рамках мегаполиса - это вообще не опоздание. А бывает и больше ????
Раз уже собрался и пришел на фотосессию, почему бы и да?! Получить удовольствие от процесса!? Конечно, все можно делать в режиме #бегом , но приятнее то в спокрйной обстановке.
Я вот в этом режиме делания 100500 дел одновременно и думания еще о 100 других, прибываю очень часто.. ???? # поразавязывать

Many people care about the topic of time management. Keeping your time is a very important skill. But in this pursuit of efficiency, we may miss something important. For example, to be in the moment of what is happening to us here, today and now. Here is an example. Recently, a girl is recording me. I tell you where, when and how. I say that for preparation we meet 2 hours before the start of shooting. She is very surprised and, probably, even upset that the fees will last as long as she was collected for the wedding. Honestly, I can do hair and makeup in an hour and in 40 minutes. But I am laying time for the fact that we will not sit in silence, that perhaps the client will need to answer the phone or leave, change clothes, drink ... I'm not talking about all kinds of force majeure on the road, and that the delay is 10-15 minutes within the metropolis - this is not a delay at all. And sometimes more ????
Once I had already gathered and came to the photo shoot, why not ?! Enjoy the process !? Of course, everything can be done in the # run mode, but it’s more pleasant in a secret environment.
