Длиннопост о крутой частной школе, как рабочей альтернативе государственным учреждениям, и немножко стонов о том, что "в детстве трава была зеленее, а деревья выше".
В последнее время с подругами, знакомыми и просто случайными собеседниками я все чаще обсуждаю выбор школы для детей. И со всеми, чье мнение мне хоть сколько-нибудь интересно, мы сходимся на том, что отдавать решительно некуда. По-настоящему талантливых учителей почти не осталось, а те, кто есть, связаны по рукам и ногам ограничениями и отчетами. И главное школа все больше становится похожа на энциклопедию - информации много, но об ее применении, усвоении или развитии личности особенно некому дела нет.
Отчетливо понимаю, как же мне повезло - старшие классы, когда формируется база знаний и навыки мышления, я училась в школе, где подавляющее большинство учителей были личностями, подчас странными и противоречивыми, но бесконечно преданными своему предмету, умевшими показывать взаимосвязь своих предметов, проводить параллели, давать задания, казавшиеся безумием, но которые приводили к неожиданным открытиям и выводам. В общем, каждый из них был прежде всего личностью, и мы учились уже от простого соприкосновения с ними (привет вам, [id348206056|Наталия Николаевна] и [id301420799|Irina Alekseeva]).
Но ничего бы этого не было, если бы не начальная школа, когда запихивание знаний в голову ребенка не столько важно, как возможность мечтать, жить в своем волшебном мире, пробовать новое каждый день - и в младших классах я училась именно в такой школе. Это была очень нестандартная школа с большим числом необычных уроков, когда мы строили шалаши, сидели в шатрах, обсуждали мечты.
Вспомнила я об этом неслучайно, а наткнувшись на школу "Траектория жизни" (https://vk.com/traektoriazhizni). Сразу предупрежу, я не была в школе, не видела ее изнутри, не знакома с ее практикой. Свое мнение я сформировала по информации в сетях, по промо материалам самой школы и еще по ее преподавателям, с некоторыми и которых я знакома. Я поняла, что это именно такая школа, какой бы я хотела видеть школы будущего. Там используется большое количество гениальных методических приемов, причем используется не формально или для показухи (за что я не люблю ряд частных школ), а очень искренне. Меня больше всего зацепила система наставничества, когда роль наставников для десяти-, одиннадцатилетней мелочи выполняют не чопорные мадамы, а молодые парни и девчонки с интересными хобби. Само собой, что такой наставник вызывает куда больше доверия, желания подражать, а значит влияния.
В общем, если вам близко то, как я описала свой школьный опыт, и для вас эта проблема так же актуальна, как для моих друзей - обратите внимание, сходите в гости. Вдруг это обогатит жизнь вашего ребенка?

I clearly understand how lucky I was - high school, when the knowledge base and thinking skills are formed, I studied at school, where the vast majority of teachers were personalities, sometimes strange and contradictory, but infinitely devoted to their subject, able to show the relationship of their subjects, draw parallels , give assignments that seemed crazy, but which led to unexpected discoveries and conclusions. In general, each of them was primarily a person, and we learned already from a simple contact with them (hello, [id348206056 | Natalia Nikolaevna] and [id301420799 | Irina Alekseeva]).
But there wouldn’t be anything if it weren’t for elementary school, when stuffing knowledge into a child’s head is not so important as being able to dream, live in your own magical world, and try new things every day — and in elementary grades I studied in such a school. It was a very non-standard school with a large number of unusual lessons, when we built tents, sat in tents, discussed dreams.
I remembered this not by chance, but when I came across the school "Trajectory of Life" (https://vk.com/traektoriazhizni). I must warn you right away that I have not been to school, have not seen it from the inside, and I am not familiar with its practice. I formed my opinion on the information in the networks, on the promotional materials of the school itself and also on its teachers, with some of whom I am familiar. I realized that this is exactly the kind of school I would like to see the schools of the future. A large number of ingenious teaching methods are used there, and it is used not formally or for show (for which I do not like a number of private schools), but very sincerely. Most of all I was hooked by the mentoring system, when the role of mentors for ten-, eleven-year-old little things is performed not by prim madamas, but by young guys and girls with interesting hobbies. It goes without saying that such a mentor evokes much more trust, a desire to imitate, and therefore influence.
