— Каково это быть научным руководителем у 150+ студентов?
— Как вам вести Research seminar на 6 групп 4 модуля подряд?
— Как вы читаете и комментите все наши работы?
— Не понимаем, как вы ещё терпите наши вопросы и срывы дедлайнов?
— и откуда у вас столько мотивации этим заниматься ?
Вчера мы с третьим курсом менеджеров сделали невозможное. Курсовые работы в виде исследовательских статей. В группах. На английском. С полным процессом peer review & response letter. С открытой защитой в виде сессии стендовых докладов.
Кто-то другой бы сдался на любом одном из этих пунктов, а мы взяли и сделали это
И это не было easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Это было hard hard lemon hard, if you know what I mean
Все страдали, срывались, злились, миллион раз хотели бросить, пили литры кофе и делали в день месячную кассу сервисам печати плакатов и чертежей
И не то, что мы были супер мотивированы на все это
Просто все хотели изменений и не сидели ныли
А взяли и сделали
Преодолели скепсис, недовольство, страх того что «опять в вышке все будет по-старому»
Взяли и сделали
Не без огрехов в процессе работы и защиты, но выпустили абсолютно новый и работающий формат
Горжусь вами и собой, ребята

Two simple truths in the epigraph as an answer to these and many other similar questions
- What is it like to be a supervisor with 150+ students?
- How do you conduct a Research seminar for 6 groups of 4 modules in a row?
- How do you read and comment on all our work?
- We don’t understand how you still endure our questions and breakdowns of deadlines?
- And where do you get so much motivation from doing this?
Yesterday, we with the third course of managers did the impossible. Term papers in the form of research articles. In groups. In English. With a complete peer review & response letter process. With open protection in the form of a poster session.
Someone else would give up on any one of these points, and we took it and did it.
And it was not easy peasy lemon squeezy.
It was hard hard lemon hard, if you know what I mean
Everyone suffered, broke down, got angry, wanted to quit a million times, drank liters of coffee and made a monthly cash desk for poster and drawing services
And not that we were super motivated for all this
Just everyone wanted change and did not sit whining
And they took and did
Overcome skepticism, discontent, fear that "everything will be the same in the tower again"
Took and done
Not without flaws in the process of work and protection, but released a completely new and working format
Proud of you and myself guys
We rock
