Что могло бы быть на Морском Фасаде вместо кошмарных спальников - второй центр города, красивый, удобный, с доступной для жителей и гостей города водной и прибрежной инфраструктурой.
... и чего там никогда не будет, потому что даже в странах с развитой сознательностью в области планирования и градостроения бабло давным давно победило зло, а у нас оно победило и унизило вообще всё, что могло.
В качестве спойлера, процитирую вывод в конце поста про подобное место в Гамбурге:

Район спланирован качественно, но ему пока очень не хватает деталей и жизни. Часто архитекторы и планировщики даже не думают о жизни домов после заселения людей – стоит задача сделать красивую картинку и продать, а не создать условия для саморазвивающегося пространства.
Поэтому прекрасно спроектированное и красивое здание от известного архитектора может быть неудобным и некомфортным для жизни, архитектура уже сталкивалась с этим в период модернизма. Хочется верить, что Хафенсити – не тот случай, что просто нужно немного подождать.

В нашем случае хочется верить, что уродцы, построенные на одной части МорФасада, не расползутся дальше. А вторую часть МорФасада пусть спасет простая человеческая жадность - право намыва этой территории сейчас стоит необоснованно дорого. Надеюсь, это право не достанется никому до тех пор, пока не наступят времена сознательного девелопмента, который сделает из Питера настоящую Морскую Столицу, а не показуху и не кошмарные муравейники на набережной под девизом "после нас хоть потоп". На данный момент под этим девизом имеют право строить что угодно только инженеры, спроектировавшие КЗС. А остальным девелоперам и проектантам пока что возникает только стойкое желание руки оборвать.
