Постановление Правительства РФ от 01.02.2014 N 69
"О внесении изменения в постановление Правительства Российской Федерации от 4 июля 2002 г. N 494 и о правах Российской Федерации на отдельные товарные знаки на алкогольную и спиртосодержащую продукцию".
Союзплодоимпорт защитит товарный знак "Столичная" в США.
Согласно поправкам ФКП "Союзплодоимпорт" может осуществлять в полном объеме права пользования и распоряжения в отношении товарных знаков, указанных в измененном Постановлении, при условии, если это предусмотрено соглашением, заключенным между предприятием и Росимуществом.
Соглашение будет заключаться по решению Правительства России.
На основании поправок Росимуществу предписывается заключить с "Союзплодоимпортом" соглашение о передаче предприятию прав России на товарные знаки, содержащие словесные обозначения "Stolichnaya" и "Stoli" и используемые на всех территориях, находящихся под юрисдикцией Соединенных Штатов Америки.

"On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 4, 2002 N 494 and on the Rights of the Russian Federation to Separate Trademarks on Alcohol and Alcohol-Containing Products".
Soyuzplodoimport will protect the Stolichnaya trademark in the USA.
According to the amendments, FKP Soyuzplodoimport may exercise in full the right to use and dispose of the trademarks indicated in the amended Resolution, provided that this is provided for in the agreement concluded between the company and the Federal Property Management Agency.
The agreement will be concluded by decision of the Government of Russia.
On the basis of the amendments, the Federal Property Management Agency is instructed to conclude an agreement with Soyuzplodoimport on the transfer of Russian trademark rights to the enterprise, containing the verbal designations Stolichnaya and Stoli and used in all territories under the jurisdiction of the United States of America.
