Говоря о новинках. [id145864825|DJ DX] порекомендовал один из самых популярных сериалов сейчас в США, первый сезон которого закончился в мае 2013 года. Называется он The Americans и речь в нем идет про двух русских шпионах, живуших в Америке во времена Рейгана. А дальше - КГБ, заговоры, разведка, контрразведка. Пока по первым сериям, русские умнее.
Что любопытно, показаны русские вполне в приглядном свете. Кроме момента со странным сексом в первой серии во время обучения агента КГБ, я не заметил особо никаких глупостей. Манипуляции у шпионов тоже на высшем уровне. Зато контрразведка нарушает и права собственности граждан, и пытается ущемить права собственного населения. В общем, если уж демонизированные русские для американцев - обычное дело, то демонизированная собственная разведка - вот это поинтереснее.
На фоне - противостояние двух государств. Но смешно, если задуматься, что "русские американцы", проживающие в США под видом обычной семьи, чьи дети машут флажками во время лекции космонавта НАСА, покупают мороженое в соседнем торговом центре, а с соседом главный герой пьет пиво с хот-догом, выглядят даже гораздо привлекательнее остальных обывателей. Не потому что у них веселая жизнь и много приключений. А потому что они одухотворены идеей, а они, как говорится, 'who care'.
Сюжет гораздо интереснее Бондов, а сценарий писал реальный офицер ЦРУ.
