Давно хотела рассказать о канадском жилье :) здесь модно жить в домах, а высотки считаются жильём для молодежи, работающих молодожёнов и вообще не солидно в них жить семьям с детьми, тк нужна своя земля, и плевать, что это будет лужайка 2 метра перед домом- зато своя :) мы живём в даунтауне, здесь он как раз жилой, не офисный. Рассчитаный на семьи без детей - поэтому мало садиков/ школ/ досуговых центров, но много кафе/баров/ресторанов. Но, на самом деле, семей с детьми хватает (это редко канадцы), а все потому что все очень комфортно. Близко магазины, океан, стенли парк. Да и сами высотные дома в корне отличаются от наших :)- смотрите фото. Дом с бассейном, саунами, боулингом, кинотеатром, спортзалом, залом для йоги, игровыми комнатами, комнатами для вечеринок и переговоров, полностью оборудованные всем и абсолютно бесплатные для жителей кажутся нереальными, что уж говорить о консьерже, который примет и сохранит все посылки в ваше отсутствие. Правда и цены на это все огого, но не зря Ванкувер считается одним из лучших городов для проживания. Были бы цены дешевле, здесь бы жили все :) для понимания наша « двушка» в центре будет стоить от 1 млн канадских долларов , это сравнимо с таунхаузом в ближайшем пригороде. Сколько стоит дом в центре даже боюсь представить :)
I have long wanted to talk about Canadian housing :) here it is fashionable to live in houses, and high-rises are considered housing for young people, working newlyweds and generally not solid in them for families with children, they need their own land, and don't care that it will be a lawn 2 meters in front of the house - but its :) we live in downtown, here it is just residential, not office. Designed for families without children - therefore there are few kindergartens / schools / leisure centers, but many cafes / bars / restaurants. But, in fact, there are enough families with children (this is rarely Canadians), and all because everything is very comfortable. Close to shops, the ocean, the wall of the park. Yes, and high-rise buildings themselves are fundamentally different from ours :) - see photos. A house with a pool, saunas, bowling, cinema, gym, yoga room, game rooms, rooms for parties and talks, fully equipped with everything and absolutely free for residents seem unreal, what can we say about the concierge who will receive and keep all the packages in your the absence of. True and the prices are all right, but for good reason Vancouver is considered one of the best cities for living. If prices were cheaper, everyone would live here :) for understanding, our “dvushka” in the center would cost from 1 million Canadian dollars, which is comparable to a townhouse in the nearest suburb. How much is a house in the center even afraid to imagine :)
