Медицина в Канаде. Самый больной вопрос для всех жителей этой страны! Медицина здесь хороша только в критических ситуациях и визуальном облике. На этом все. В связи с тем, что обучение очень дорогое и долгое ( около 10 лет) врачей не хватает. К узким специалистам очередь в среднем полгода. Сами понимаете все рассосется уже. Даже к педиатру минимум месяц ждать направления. Я за год жизни в связи с беременностью и наличием детей познала все прелести изнутри. Начинается все с того, что медицина здесь условно бесплатная. Т.е. через 3 мес пребывания(для всех, кроме тех у кого туристическая или студенческая виза) люди получают мед.полис. ( за него вычитают из зп около 8 тыс руб. на семью из 3 чел в мес). Я забеременела до того, как его получила, поэтому пришлось потратить кругленькую сумму на обычное узи. Чтобы его получить нужно сходить к семейному доктору( его получить очень сложно, тк их мало и пациентов новых не берут) или в поликлинику ( это такой мед.кабинет, где врач только делает осмотр. Никаких лабораторий и прочих мед. Обследований там нет). Это 175$ просто за направление на узи. Узи стоило 475$. Ждать минимум 2 недели. В среднем месяц. При этом не важно платно или бесплатно, очереди для всех одинаковые. Чтобы узнать результаты узи нужно снова идти к врачу, тк узист ничего не расскажет. Здесь они не врачи даже, учатся 2 года всего, поэтому не имеют право ничего не говорить. Пол ребенка тоже только доктор расскажет. ( вообще врачи пишут пометку, можно ли говорить пол на узи, если спросят. Это из-за того, что много делали аборты узнавая не тот пол, какой надо ( индусы, например). Так вот это еще 175$ за 10 минут приёма. Анализы стоили еще около 400$. Потом я заболела и пришлось ехать в госпиталь. В среднем в госпитале очередь 6 часов, как ты приехал и оформился.( если не умираешь). С переломами и кровотечениями люди сидят и ждут. Мне повезло, нас оформлял русский медбрат и проводил без очереди :). Двухчасовое пребывание ( анализы и осмотр доктором) обошлись в 475$. Кстати, если вызвать скорую, то это 80$ и страховкой не покрывается. Так что дешевле такси. После этого я поняла, что нужно ждать мед. Полис иначе разоришься :)
Роды, кстати, стоят 10-20 тыс $, кесарево 30-40 тыс $. Здесь как раз до 12 недель беременность не учитывают, поэтому я стала искать доктора. Но такая практика не принята, кого дадут, того дадут :) в итоге записалась к тому, к кому хотела. Но ведение беременности отличается в разы от российского. Здесь это 2 анализа крови за все время. 2 узи ( максимум три). На все жалобы тебе говорят, что так и должно быть. Если нет кровотечений, то все хорошо. Кстати,На прием все вместе ходили. С мужем и ребенком. Здесь так принято :) отдельно хочется сказать про размер кабинетов. Это обычно комната 2 на 2 метра. Те там реально вся толпа стоит вплотную. В карусели первые три фото кабинета нашего фэмили доктора.( доктора дали после рождения Алекса) и это реально большой кабинет!
В роддоме была отдельная палата с ванной и туалетом. Все очень уютно, медсестра приходит по кнопке вызова, ребенок с тобой все время тк все манипуляции проводят в палате, муж ночует тут же на раскладном матрасе, если хочет. Гостей сколько угодно ( без бахил и др защитной одежды). Еду заказываешь по тел из меню. Ешь что хочешь. При естественных родах выписывают в этот же день или на следующий, при кесарево через 2 дня. Я выпросила еще денек полежать. При этом за 3 дня, несмотря на толпы людей в моей палате, где лежит послеоперационный пациент и новорожденный ни разу не помыли полы и не протерли пыль. Это удивило очень. На плановую операцию приезжаешь за час до начала. Здесь все делают четко и по расписанию. Время на подготовку не дают :) после родов врачи на дом не приходят. Самим раз в месяц нужно к врачу ходить. К обычному семейному. Если есть проблемы, отправят к педиатру. Но опять же ждать месяц минимум. Кстати, сделала вывод, что если что-то серьезное, то нужно ехать в госпиталь сразу, а не идти к семейному доктору. Лучше подождать в очереди, но попасть к врачу из госпиталя ( там они более широкого профиля). Ну и анализы на месте возьмут, а так придется после доктора в лабораторию ехать и ждать потом минимум сутки.
Вот еще- на последнем фото лаборатория, где берут кровь. Там прямо сразу несколько человек загоняют. Очень больно делают, оставляют синяки. Всем русским медсестрам респект! Здесь учат 2 месяца на того, кто берет анализы. Поэтому не все лаборатории берут кровь у детей, нужно ехать в детский госпиталь доя этого. Нику однажды возили. Там были аниматоры, мультики и дарили подарки. Ей понравилось.
Еще про стоматологию :) обычная страховка покрывает все кроме стоматологии, окулиста и массажей. Поэтому доп. Страховку предлагают работодатели. Обычно стоматология покрывает 1500-2000$ в год. При этом пркоывает 80$ от стоимости только. Но, удалить зуб мудрости выходит 500-700$, обычная пломба 200-300$, если пломбировать корни 1100$, коронки 1300-1400$, импланты 4000-5000$. Я удалила зуб мудрости и запломбировала каналы одного зуба и перерасходовала страховку уже... массаж стоит 120$ за час :) как вам цены?
