Как рассказал один из участников операции в Химках, банда вооруженных грабителей попала в поле зрения правоохранительных органов еще два года назад. Тогда от дагестанского управления ФСБ была получена информация о группе экстремистов. Костяк банды составляют исповедующие ваххабизм выходцы из Махачкалы и Буйнакского района республики.
По информации ФСБ, группировку организовал уроженец Челябинской области Александр Гайворовский, который семь лет назад попал под влияние проповедников ваххабизма и, будучи евреем, стал исповедовать это радикальное течение ислама.
Чекисты, подозревая членов группы Гайворовского в связях с бандподпольем Дагестана, установили за ними наблюдение, а также стали прослушивать телефоны подозреваемых. Выяснилось, что члены группы регулярно совершают в Московской области налеты на перевозчиков денег, пункты обмена валют и фирмы. К дальнейшей разработке подключились подмосковные полицейские, пишет газета "Коммерсант".
В конце июля 2011 года была получена информация о том, что бандиты готовят очередное разбойное нападение, на этот раз на АЗС "Газпромнефть" в деревне Кирилловка на 31-м километре Ленинградского шоссе. На АЗС была устроена засада.
Бойцы полицейского спецназа "Булат" переоделись в заправщиков и попытались захватить бандитов в момент налета. В завязавшейся перестрелке двое налетчиков были убиты, трое задержаны, еще одному удалось уйти. Его поймали спустя две недели.
Александра Гайворовского среди задержанных не оказалось. И тогда в ходе оперативной комбинации банде подкинули дезинформацию о том, что 2 февраля в контору МСУ-16 в Химках завезут 5 миллионов рублей для выплаты аванса рабочим компании. В здании МСУ была устроена засада, но ночью бандиты не появились, хотя они заранее отравили двух бродячих собак, живших на территории строительной фирмы. Позднее выяснилось, что у них просто не завелась в мороз машина.
После этого бандитам подкинули новую дезинформацию о том, что 28 февраля в контору МСУ завезут уже 12 миллионов рублей для выплаты зарплаты. На этот раз уловка сработала.
