Об албанцах, я впервые услышал от отца ещё подростком. Он был ими не очень доволен. Возможно, это было связано с тем, что они его немного подстрелили в Неаполе. С другой стороны, покойный Сергей Ланда не то, чтобы служил библиотекарем в гимназии им. Анны Ахматовой, вечерами дирижируя оркестром во Дворце Пионеров.Так что допускаю двоякость ситуации, обоюдное недопонимание. Возможно, не сошлись в каких - то моментах связанных с Блаженным Августином.
Вообщем, я почти ничего не знал об этом балканском народе. Понятно, конфликты на Балканах, понятно фильмы. Но, в Албании я не бывал, три дня в Косово не считается.
И перед поездкой стал гуглить парней. Самая популярная история об албанских горцах в рунете гласит -
"Албанец любит лишь войну, корысть и гостеприимство; ещё недавно он одинаково был чужд и турку, и греку и одинаково друг им, когда ему это было выгодно. В личных делах албанский горец совершенно не верен дружбе и слову; он любит кровь и месть и не боится смерти. Его одежда прекрасна даже и в бедности, и поступь его изящна и легка"

" И дики тех ущелий племена,
Им бог — свобода, их закон — война" - подумал я, обрадовался и побежал покупать билеты.
