Меня часто спрашивают, безопасен ли нынче Памирский тракт? Ведь это чуть ли, не территория международных туристов?! Таджикистан же, Киргизия, всё такое. Вот даже Госдепартамент США писал :
“Travel in the mountainous region along the Afghan border can be dangerous, even during daylight hours. Avoid camping, biking, or sheltering in the open after dark, especially in unpopulated areas and areas close to Tajikistan’s borders with Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, and the Kyrgyz Republic”.
Я был дважды на Памирском тракте и даже заезжал через Хорог в Афганистан и могу с уверенностью сказать, что там все зависит от текущей ситуации. В Афганистане, конкретно, в провинции Бадахшан - на мой взгляд сейчас опасно. Там бармалеи. На таджикской стороне - безопасно.
"Но может ведь случится..." Может случится, где угодно. Сегодня, в смысле терористической угрозы, Памирский тракт не опасней Волгограда. Никакой Таджикистан не ИГИЛ!
А вот с Афганистаном, особенно, с определёнными его регионами наблюдается абсолютно другое пальто, покрой иной, так сказать.
Ряд регионов Афганистана в прямом (!) смысле под контролем бармалеев. И учитывать это при поездке в страну необходимо.
А то один товарищ, решил из Мазари - Шариф в Герат верхней дорогой поехать. Типо, по туркменской границе. Ведь дорога - то есть!
Дорога есть. Но если вы не профессиональный Арминий Вамбери, не стоит ей пользоваться. Вы можете пострадать.
Езжайте лучше в тёплый, ламповый Таджикистан, где " Первоклассные озера, гористый воздух и сплошные французы", а горы северного Афганистана можно сфотографировать из окна автомобиля. Пока, так оно безопаснее.
