Многобукв или 'Что такое рубль?!'
"Коллекторша звонит мужику: "Кредит думаете возвращать? Тут за вами числится ... рублей ... копеек и долг растет".
ОН отвечает: "Ищу купюры, нигде найти не могу".

- Да не в этом дело. В кредитном договоре написано рубли Российской Федерации, а их нигде нет и никто не видел никогда. Флага нет, нет герба нет, надписи что это рубль РФ нет. Ничего нет.
А где я вам возьму рубли Российской Федерации если их нет, а гуляют какие-то билеты какого-то Банка России, и на них ни слова про РФ или про казначейский билет РФ?А теперь еще выяснилось что и РФ тоже нет...Я строго по международным договорам живу, что написано в договоре так и понимаю.
Открываем ГК РФ, читаем:
Рубль является законным платежным средством, обязательным к приему по нарицательной стоимости на всей территории Российской Федерации.
Чей рубль не сказано.
Открываем конституцию - Денежной единицей в Российской Федерации является рубль. Опять чей именно рубль не сказано - РИ, СССР или РФ.
Открываем закон о денежной системе РФ - Статья 3. Официальной денежной единицей (валютой) Российской Федерации является рубль.
ЦБР зачем-то выпускает не рубли или рубли РФ, а именно билеты банка России, на них ни единого госсимвола не содержится.
ПО сему закону:
Статья 8. Образцы банкнот и монет утверждаются Банком России по согласованию с Президиумом Верховного Совета Российской Федерации.
Где этот Президиум? Нету. Следовательно, ЦБР выпускает в оборот заведомо незаконные деньги без согласования с указанным органом.
Ни рублей РФ, ни банкнот по согласованию с Президиумом ВС РФ нет, а есть какие-то билеты банка России (на утренник видимо или на концерт, или в трамвай.)
Ясно одно, ни граждан нет, ни судов нет, ни РФ нет, ни денег РФ нет.
И как они будут возражать в случае, если им станут платить рублями СССР? Законов о прекращении хождения рублей СССР также нет. Сгребли по незаконному распоряжению и свалили в бомбоубежищах вблизи городов.
Короче говоря, фальшивомонетчики - выпускают в оборот незаконные деньги без согласования с Президиумом Верховного Совета РФ.
А в законе-то написано ясно:
Статья 10. Подделка и незаконное изготовление банкнот и монет преследуются по закону."
