Sri Lanka’s Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) will block social media networks such as Facebook Instagram Inc. Viber and Whatsapp across the country to prevent the spread of communal violence and hate speach.
The director general (of TRC) will inform all the subscribers about blocking Instagram,Facebook, Viber, and Whatsapp for 72 hours
There is nothing problem inside the country,

An internet company official says the government has ordered popular social media networks blocked across a swathe of central Sri Lanka in an attempt to stop the spread fake news.
