This blog is about Russian tourists parking badly in my hometown Lappeenranta. This is not to implicate that every Russian is like this, nor does it mean that every Finn parks perfectly. But due to the huge amount of Russian tourists in my hometown, you can say this is a real issue. And lets be honest, there is a comical element here too...
