Есть в норвежском государстве такая штука как SUA -Servicesenteret for utenlandske arbeidstakere, или Service Centre for Foreign Workers, или Центр обслуживания иностранных рабочих.
И, по сути, это объединённая структура полиции, директората по делам иностранцев (UDI), налогового департамента (Skatteetaten) и инспекции по охране труда (Arbeidstilsynet).
У них даже есть русская версия сайта: http://www.sua.no/ru/
А занимаются они, например, выдачей видов на жительство иностранным рабочим. Ну или выдачей разрешений на работу гражданам стран ЕЭЗ (https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Европейская_экономическая_зона)
И выложил тут центр отчёт за 2018 год.
Там много чего написано. Но просто циферки про выдачу видов на жительство по городам, где есть отделения центра. Правда, не очень понятно из отчёта - это только рабочие или ещё и члены их семей? Но пускай. Циферки:

В Осло, Бергене и Ставангере лидируют индусы. Причём в Бергене количество выданных индусам видов на жительство примерно в два раза больше количества видов на жительство для американцев, которые по этому показателю на втором месте. А в Осло видов на жительство индусам выдали в 8 раз больше, чем находящимся на втором месте по этому показателю сербам.
Откуда такая толпа индусов? Да с таким нехилым отрывом от других стран. TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) работает?
