1. Сейф Аль-Ислам - не лидер сопротивления и ливийской революции. Он как и любой ливийский гражданин, кто должен иметь права и свободы, гарантированные Великой Зелёной Хартией прав и свобод, принятой Народным Собранием в 1988 году. Его личный статус не влияет на Зелёное Сопротивление, которое сражается за восстановление этих прав и свобод, попранных вторжением наёмников и оккупацией ливийских земель - ситуацией, отвергаемой самим народом и людьми во всём мире.
2. Сейф Аль-Ислам, так же как и другие лица, несёт большую ответственность за разрушение джамахирийской прямой демократии путём содействия к приходу во властные структуры лиц, проложивших путь к заговору против Ливийской Революции Аль-Фатех. Он осознал свои ошибки и честно пытался загладить вину, стоя бок-о-бок с Лидером Революции с первых дней заговора, и даже возглавив вооружённое сопротивление в защиту прав и свобод ливийского народа, сражаясь наравне со всеми.
3. Только соответствующий компетентный орган Джамахирии может расследовать все случаи злоупотреблений властью и нарушений законов Джамахирии, и выносить приговоры по этим делам. У иностранных империалистических формирований нет ни самой истории правосудия, ни намерений установить правосудие, посему они не являются субъектами правового поля. Все международные правозащитные организации, вместе с масс-медиа, правительствами, и другими международными организациями, изобличили себя как противники нужд и чаяний народов земли. Они все должны предстать перед судом за преступления против мира и преступления против человечности.
4. Фальшивые заявления появляются в различных блогах и социальных сетях в последние недели и месяцы, некоторые приписываются Сеиф Аль –Исламу и другим ливийским государственным деятелям. Нет возможности каждый раз опровергать эту ложь. Происходит тотальная блокировка средств связи и СМИ евро-американскими силами и арабскими наёмниками. У Лидера нет аккаунта в социальных сетях. Соц.аккаунты Сеифа Аль-Ислама были взломаны сразу после начала заговора. Социальные сети и блоги не могут выступать средством передачи информации ни от кого из семьи Каддафи.
5. Борьба не зависит от того, что пишут в масс-медиа, или от чьих-то заявлений.Права и свободы Джамахирии живут в сердцах ливийцев и всех свободолюбивых людей. Любое фото, видео и звуковое сообщение может быть подделано и изменено. Зелёная книга неизменна, Зелёная Хартия неизменна, политические решения Народного собрания ВНСЛАД от 2010 года, которое представляет весь ливийский народ безвыборным путём, не могут быть изменены никакими выборами и демократическим участием, из-за развязанной евро-американцами войны против Ливии, совместно с Аль-Каедой, наёмниками и саудовскими диктатурами .

Если кто-то исчезает, теряет возможность связи, замучен, убит, взят в плен или не здоров, это не влияет на цели Сопротивления, состоящие в возврате власти ливийскому народу, и в восстановлении прав и свобод Зелёной Хартии. Также это не влияет на распространяющиеся по всему миру зелёные ячейки, которые вместе с другими движениями за народную власть набирает силу и обороты. Любой шаг, предпринимаемый врагами Ливии, лишь подчёркивает благородство и чистоту принципов Международного Движения Зелёной Хартии, направляемого Международной Зелёной Хартией.
7. Суть Движения Зелёной Хартии, состоящей из революционных комитетов такова, что она движима не личностями, а понятной идеологией и платформой. Идеология, Третья Мировая Теория, обоснована в Зелёной Книге, а платформа – Зелёная Хартия. Международная Организация Народного Собрания и Движение Зелёная Хартия должны публиковать понятные определения, чтобы объяснить людям работу Народных Собраний и Народных Комитетов, таким образом всемирное движение за свободу и прямую демократию будет распространяться, несмотря на уничтожение веб-сайтов Ливийской Джамахирии.

Foreign imperialist formations have neither the history of justice itself, nor the intention to establish justice, therefore they are not subjects of the legal field. All international human rights organizations, together with the media, governments, and other international organizations, have exposed themselves as opponents of the needs and aspirations of the peoples of the earth. They must all be brought to justice for crimes against peace and crimes against humanity.
4. Fake statements have appeared on various blogs and social networks in recent weeks and months, some attributed to Seif Al-Islam and other Libyan statesmen. There is no way to refute this lie every time. There is a total blockage of communications and media by Euro-American forces and Arab mercenaries. The Leader does not have a social media account. Seif al-Islam's social accounts were hacked right after the start of the conspiracy. Social networks and blogs cannot act as a means of transmitting information from anyone from the Gaddafi family.
5. The struggle does not depend on what is written in the mass media, or on someone's statements. The rights and freedoms of the Jamahiriya live in the hearts of Libyans and all freedom-loving people. Any photo, video and audio message can be faked and altered. The Green Book is unchanged, the Green Charter is unchanged, the political decisions of the VNSLAD People's Assembly of 2010, which represents the entire Libyan people in a non-electoral way, cannot be changed by any elections and democratic participation, due to the war unleashed by the Euro-Americans against Libya, together with Al- Kaede, mercenaries and Saudi dictatorships.
6. If someone disappears, loses the ability to communicate, is tortured, killed, taken prisoner or not healthy, this does not affect the goals of the Resistance, consisting in the return of power to the Libyan people, and in the restoration of the rights and freedoms of the Green Charter. It also does not affect the green cells spreading around the world, which, together with other movements for popular power, are gaining strength and momentum. Any step taken by the enemies of Libya only underlines the nobility and purity of the principles of the International Green Charter Movement, guided by the International Green Charter.
