Новый ресурс по инструментам для научных исследований и даже не таблица в этот раз. Называется LabWorm и идея в совместном наполнении - чтобы добавить инструмент, достаточно ввести название и сайт, можно дополнить описанием, лого и ключевыми словами. Пользователи голосуют за добавленные инструменты и комментируют их, некоторые даже оставляют развёрнутые рецензии, особенно приятно, что встречаются и ответы создателей.
Пока там сильный перекос в сторону наук о жизни, но часть разделов полезна для всех областей: по организации исследований, писанию/читанию, разработке и научной коммуникации. Добавлено уже много всего, не нашла точной цифры, но по ощущениям - несколько сотен, и поиск довольно неплохо реализован. Плюс один из немногих, на мой вкус, сайтов, который в виде “сетки”, по сравнению со “списком” не теряет в информативности, зато выигрывает в привлекательности (на скрине как раз он). В общем, заход определённо понравился.
А в разделе Research productivity есть подраздел Take a break с блогами прокрастинации - ирония? диверсия? злой умысел?

A new resource on research tools and not even a spreadsheet this time. LabWorm is called and the idea is jointly filled - to add a tool, you just need to enter the name and website, you can add a description, logo and keywords. Users vote for the added tools and comment on them, some even leave detailed reviews, it's especially nice that the creators' answers are also found.
While there is a strong bias towards the life sciences, some sections are useful for all areas: research organization, writing / reading, development and scientific communication. A lot of things have already been added, I did not find the exact figure, but it feels like a few hundred, and the search is pretty well implemented. Plus, one of the few, for my taste, sites that, in the form of a "grid", in comparison with a "list", does not lose in information content, but wins in attractiveness (it is on the screen). In general, I definitely liked the call.
