ВОПРОСЫ КАНДИДАТАМ В ДЕПУТАТЫ МУНИЦИПАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ ОККЕРВИЛЬ: КУПЕРШМИТУ И СЕМЕНОВОЙ (СМОВЫДВИЖЕНЦУ из СДЮСШОР №2 и выдвиженцу от ЕДИНОЙ РОССИИ из ГБОУ школы № 26)
Хотелось бы получить от них прямые и честные ответы. Мы их обязательно выставим на дружественных сайтах и обсудим с жителями Невского района.
04 августа 2014 года пришёл к кандидату в депутаты МС МО МО Оккервиль директору СПб ГБОУ ДОД СДЮСШОР №2 Невского района Санкт-Петербурга Андрею Купершмиту.
Целью моего визита было передать письменные вопросы, на которые хотелось получить ответы. Войдя в его кабинет, мы поздоровались, и я передал письмо с вопросами. Самовыдвиженец Андрей Купершмит ознакомился с письмом и сообщил, что он "не знает откуда ветер дует", что "вопросы провокационные" и он "не намерен даже официально принимать письмо", адресованного ему, как должностному лицу - директору спортивной школы.
На этом наш разговор был закончен: письмо осталось в руках Купершмита, и я покинул его кабинет.
В лице директора СДЮСШОР №2 Андрея Купершмита я узнал человека, которого "за ручку" привел 04 июля 2014 года в ИКМО Оккервиль Сергей Кочанжи, действующий глава МС МО МО Оккервиль. Кочанжи наглым образом провёл "своего" кандидата без очереди и "посадил" его за стол члена избирательной комиссии, при этом самвыдвиженец был заметно взволнован происходящим.
Именно в этот день возник первый конфликт между мной и Сергеем Кочанджи, потому что я сделал ему замечание, что он ходит в ИКМО без очереди.
Стоит отметить, что аналогичные вопросы были заданы 31 июля 2014 года директору "по-соседству" с Купершмитом школы № 26 Елене Евгеньевне Семеновой, так же являющейся зарегистрированным кандидатом в депутаты МС МО МО Оккервиль но от партии "Единая Россия" в "Колонке директора" по адресу: http://school26spb.ru/?page_id=2836#respond .

Заданны следующие вопросы Купершмиту и Семёновой:
1) Какие причины стали решающими для принятия Вами решения баллотироваться в депутаты местного самоуправления?
2) Что вы собираетесь делать в качестве депутата, если вас выберут, а так же где вы проживаете, можно без указания квартиры и номера дома?
3) Не будет ли, по Вашему мнению, конфликта интересов, так как вы подчиняетесь по должности исполнительной власти, то есть администрации Невского района, а муниципальная власть - является независимой, согласно конституции РФ.
4) Какие Вы видите проблемы муниципального образования Оккервиль и какие существуют пути их решения?
5) Будете ли вы поддерживать уплотнительную застройку рядом со спортивной школой №2 Невского района?

Self-nominated candidate Andrei Kupershmit got acquainted with the letter and said that he "does not know where the wind is blowing", that "the questions are provocative" and he "does not even intend to officially accept the letter" addressed to him as an official - the director of a sports school.
This concludes our conversation: the letter remained in Kupershmit's hands, and I left his office.
In the person of the director of the SDYUSSHOR No. 2, Andrey Kupershmit, I recognized the person whom I had brought "by the hand" on July 4, 2014 to the IKMO Okkervil Sergei Kochanzhi, the current head of the MC MO MO Okkervil. Kochanzhi impudently escorted “his” candidate out of line and “put” him at the table of a member of the election commission, while the self-nominated candidate was noticeably agitated by what was happening.
It was on this day that the first conflict arose between me and Sergey Kochandzhi, because I made him a remark that he goes to IKMO out of turn.
It is worth noting that similar questions were asked on July 31, 2014 to the director "next door" to Kupershmit of school No. 26 Elena Evgenievna Semyonova, who is also a registered candidate for deputies of the MC MO MO Okkervil but from the United Russia party in the "Director's column" at: http://school26spb.ru/?page_id=2836#respond.
