Архитектурный облик в стиле неоклассицизма????На мой взгляд, этот ЖК - самый красивый в Невском районе)

В рамках трех очередей появятся 3 корпуса переменной этажности(1-ый уже сдан,2-ой - идёт внешняя облицовка, сдаётся в конце 19-го,3-ий сдаётся в конце 20-го)

Что касается транспорта???? ЖК расположен в Невском районе, на пересечении Дальневосточного проспекта и улицы Дыбенко. В ходе благоустройства прилегающей территории застройщик самостоятельно продлит улицу Дыбенко????, обеспечив сквозной проезд между Дальневосточным проспектом и Октябрьской набережной. Также, в ближайшим будущем рядом появится восточный скоростной диаметр, который значительно разгрузит Невский район!

Тот кто подыскивает себе вариант в Невском районе-это очень достойное место. Рекомендую. Квартиры там разбирают быстро, но ещё есть из чего выбрать! С удовольствием помогу вам сориентироваться!
