• Зачем я на выходных играла в прятки и водила каравай. Какой смысл в ритуальных играх? •
Любопытно, что будучи детьми мы все знакомились с этим миром. Сейчас даже не задумываемся, какую роль в этом играет культура, как нас поддерживают традиции и ритуалы.

На этих выходных я училась специализации от МГИ «Арт-терапия и работа с детьми». Тема третьей трехдневки — «Привязанность». Мы исследовали стадии развития и играли в игры, про которые хочу рассказать.
Я давно увлекаюсь сказками, собираю книги с иллюстрациями, а также сказки разных народов. Игры — это новое и увлекательное. Для меня было открытием, что игры были придуманы не просто так, а в соответствии со стадиями нашего развития:
????Стадии до 1 года соответствует игра «Прятки». Ребеночек только появился в мире, его базовая потребность в безопастности, задача выжить и остаться в этом мире. Из этой игры он ощущает, что «Я есть, я живой», «Меня ищут, видят и я нужен».
????Стадии 1-3 года соответствует игра «Каравай». Период, когда ребеночек нуждается в принятии и одобрении, чувство принадлежности и принятии его индивидуальности. «Есть я и есть окружающий мир. Напряжение рядом с другим переносимо и даже приятно.» Для тех, кто забыл, думаю почти все играли в эту игру в садике, — смысл игры: вы стоите в центре, а вокруг вас водят хоровод и поют для вас песню: «На … именины испекли мы каравай вот такой вышины, вот такой ужины и пр. Каравай каравай, кого хочешь выбирай.» И центральный выбирает следующего, вокруг которого будет крутиться каравай. ⠀

????Стадии от 3 до 6 лет соответствует игра «Костромушка». Здесь происходит знакомство с границами мира, с его хрупкостью, со смертью и конечностью всего. Смысл игры: Костромушка ложится в середину, пока другие ходят и поют песенку: «Костромушка Кострома дома сидит в окошко глядит, на лавочке лежит. Померла.» И тут все дотрагиваются до мертвой Костромы, а та вскакивает и ловит следующую Кострому.
Удивительно, как культура создала ритуалы для поддержания нас на пути жизни. Интересно также наблюдать, как сейчас она меняется, как видоизменяются эти старые игры и традиции.
