Попробую дать свою скромную экспертную оценку этому месту:
✅ с точки зрения бренда территории - великолепный кейс. Этот квартал, от Менделеевской до Белорусской , всегда был темным и пустым. Единственное, что меня там могло заставить появиться - это встреча в Общественной палате РФ. Теперь это красивый район с хорошо уложенной собянинской плиткой и диодным освещением.
✅ летом думаю сюда перекочует часть хипстеров с Патриарших, кому совестно шуметь ночью в пределах Садового.
✅ вся навигация на китайском языке. Наверное ожидается большой трафик.
✅ внешне очень красиво выглядит. С летними верандами так вообще заиграет новыми красками.
⛔️ географически расположение не очень. Пешком достаточно долго от метро, с парковкой дела обстоят ещё хуже.
⛔️ цены такие же как в ресторанах, но при этом обслуживания нет, места нужно долго искать (были в праздничный день 9-го Марта, возможно в будни ситуация значительно лучше).
⛔️ на 3 семьи взяли еду в 7 разных ресторанчиках, особо вкусно не было. Волшебной была вафельная трубочка со сгущенкой ????

✅ from the point of view of the brand of the territory - a great case. This quarter, from Mendeleevskaya to Belorusskaya, has always been dark and empty. The only thing that could make me appear there was a meeting in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. Now it is a beautiful area with well-laid Sobyanin tiles and diode lighting.
✅ in the summer I think some of the hipsters from the Patriarchs will move here, who are ashamed to make noise at night within the Garden.
✅ all navigation is in Chinese. Probably a lot of traffic is expected.
✅ Outwardly looks very beautiful. With summer verandas, it will generally sparkle with new colors.
⛔️ geographic location is not very good. Walking long enough from the metro, parking is even worse.
⛔️ prices are the same as in restaurants, but there is no service, you need to look for a place for a long time (we were on a holiday on March 9th, perhaps on weekdays the situation is much better).
⛔️ took food for 3 families in 7 different restaurants, it was not particularly tasty. The waffle tube with condensed milk was magical ????
