Хочу поделиться мыслями от педагогов фестиваля современного танца [club129646915|DAR]:
????Шаг - это уже танец
????В тот момент, когда ты думаешь, что достиг своего предела, все только начинается.
????Танцевать от ощущений - моя задача. Чувствовать определенные вещи, а не гнаться за формой.
????Важен путь, процесс движения, а не конечная форма.
????Свобода в выборе.
Упасть - факт, ты - пленник тела.
Дать себе упасть - мой выбор, свобода.
????Мелочи меняют все.
Если не можешь до мелочей обьяснить, как делается движение - ты не понимаешь движения.
????Мы занимаемся , готовимся , ждём выступления перед зрителем, но оно уже происходит здесь и сейчас.
????Учитесь принимать усталость, двигаться в ней, находить способ использовать её и получать удовольствие от усилий.

???? Freedom of choice.
To fall is a fact, you are a prisoner of the body.
Letting myself fall is my choice, freedom.

If you cannot explain to the smallest detail how the movement is made, you do not understand the movement.
???? We study, prepare, wait for the performance in front of the audience, but it is already happening here and now.
???? Learn to accept fatigue, move in it, find a way to use it and enjoy the effort.
