Основная ошибка тех кто хочет снять жилье без Агента - они считают себя покупателями, и хотят чтобы им предоставили необходимый сервис. На деле же спрос на жилье превышает предложение, особенно для комнат, студий и 1ком квартир. Спрос на жилье без комиссии вообще зашкаливает.
Зачем же собственникам сдавать жилье самим, без агента, тратить время на то что агент делает для них бесплатно?
Некоторые конечно не любят агентов, кто-то просто не знает куда обратиться, кто-то хочет поставить цену чуть выше. Но подавляющее большинство либо сдает быстро либо хочет выбрать себе нормального жильца. Даже если цена на 1-2 тыс больше(как правило так и бывает), собственник получает 10-20 сообщений в Вк в день!
Просматривает "анкеты" Выбирает 5-6 понравившихся и приглашает. Остальным пишет что квартира уже сдана.
Ваша задача вовремя написать и понравиться собственнику, показать что с вами не будет проблем
Список групп в Вк где можно найти вариант от собственников. Отмеченные "+" где меня забанили как риелтора =) будем считать их хорошими, там следят за качеством =)
