Отзыв об отеле (каждый, кто перед отпуском читал отзывы об отелях - порадуется…)
Мы отдыхали в этом отеле уже в 23 раз и опять разочарование.
Сразу скажу отель так себе. Смело вместо 5 звезд можно ставить минус 12. Территория огромная, за день не обойдешь. Устали. Номер дали небольшой, всего 68 метров на троих человек. В номере метровая плазма, джакузи, терраса, но не было павлинов и гепардов, а я очень люблю павлинов и гепардов. К тому же после удара ногой моего пьяного мужа о кран, он дал течь, а дверца у тумбочки отвалилась, когда мы на нее решили поставить кровать. А после того как мы в кондиционер бросили стул, он стал шуметь. Попросили переселить. Дали номер ближе к морю – холодно. Опять попросили о смене номера, поселили рядом с бассейном – жарко. Каждый день мы меняли номера, устали, это очень выматывает. Стоит отметить, что мебель в номерах не антикварная, а вода из унитаза невкусная. Море мутноватое, особенно возле берега, особенно когда заходишь в воду и шевелишь ногой по дну. Минусы – можно наступить на камушки и песок. Вода не очень прозрачная, особенно когда в нее… желтая какая-то. И вообще оно далековато было, попросили пододвинуть море чуть ближе к нашему номеру, реакции ноль.
Кормили прямо скажем без изысков. Было 15 видов мяса, 20 видов рыбы, пироженные-мороженные, работали рестораны, но не было чего-то эдакого. Я даже не знаю чего конкретно. В мексиканском ресторане еда острая. И представлены не все фрукты мира. Посуда без вензелей королевских домов. И персонал не вытирал мне рот платочком. Это минус.
Номер убирали плохо. Только один раз в день. И из полотенец делали лебедей с цветочками, а я хотела дворец Шахерезады. Мы специально спрятали монетку под шкаф, так представляете, уборщик ее так и не нашел. Нашему возмущению не было предела.
В коридорах плохая акустика и нет оригинальных картин Шишкина.
Из персонала не все излучают позитив. На наши матерные замечания, бармен отвечал, не улыбаясь. В баре всего 50 видов спиртного, и муж ходил расстроенный, он то хотел самогона как делает его друг Семеныч. И не было пельменей, как делает моя мама.
Анимация в отеле слабая, нас не зацепило. Тогда когда я хотела плакать, на сцене выступал клоун, когда хотела смеяться, кто-то на сцене пел. И не было фейерверка как на открытие олимпиады. Это минус. Развлечений ноль, фонарей не побить, от ментов не по убегать, даже элементарного концерта Стинга не было.
На мою просьбу расширить бассейн хотя бы на 30 метров, а горку поднять градусов на 40, администрация отеля не отреагировала никак. Вообще вода в бассейне мокрая, пластмассовые лежаки слишком уж пластмассовые, у деревянных нам не понравилась порода дерева.
На пляже грязно, за мной не успевали подбирать окурки, семечки, бумажки, поэтому грязно. И еще один минус - теснота. Я прям, видела в бинокль, как мужчина одевает очки, а это стесняет мое личное пространство.
Мы взяли с собой фотоаппарат, но что-то сфотографировать мы так и НЕ НАШЛИ.
И солнце заходило то слишком медленно, то уж очень быстро, и сама страна как-то уж очень далековато расположена от нашей. Эти наши намеки на рецепции не вызвали никаких действий.
Мы вообще не привередливые, но мне кажется все вышеперечисленное, элементарные вещи.
И напоследок, в самолете было слишком высоко.

Hotel review (everyone who read reviews about hotels before vacation will be glad ...)
We have rested in this hotel for 23 times and again disappointment.
I'll tell you the hotel is so-so. You can safely put minus 12 instead of 5 stars. The territory is huge, you can't get around it in a day. Tired. The room was given a small, only 68 meters for three people. The room has a meter-long plasma, a jacuzzi, a terrace, but there were no peacocks and cheetahs, and I really love peacocks and cheetahs. In addition, after the kick of my drunk husband on the tap, he leaked, and the door at the bedside table fell off when we decided to put the bed on it. And after we threw a chair into the air conditioner, it began to make noise. They asked to relocate. They gave a number closer to the sea - it's cold. Again asked to change the number, settled next to the pool - it's hot. Every day we changed numbers, we were tired, it was very exhausting. It should be noted that the furniture in the rooms is not antique, and the water from the toilet is not tasty. The sea is unclear, especially near the coast, especially when you enter the water and move your foot along the bottom. Cons - you can step on stones and sand. The water is not very clear, especially when it is ... some kind of yellow. And in general it was too far away, they asked to move the sea a little closer to our number, the reaction was zero.
We were fed, frankly speaking, without frills. There were 15 types of meat, 20 types of fish, ice-cream cakes, restaurants worked, but there was nothing of that kind. I don't even know what exactly. In a Mexican restaurant, the food is spicy. And not all fruits of the world are represented. Crockery without the monograms of the royal houses. And the staff didn't wipe my mouth with a handkerchief. This is a minus.
The room was cleaned badly. Only once a day. And they made swans with flowers from towels, and I wanted Scheherazade's palace. We specially hid the coin under the closet, so imagine, the cleaner never found it. Our indignation knew no bounds.
The corridors have poor acoustics and there are no original Shishkin paintings.
Not all of the staff are positive. To our obscene remarks, the bartender answered without smiling. There are only 50 types of alcohol in the bar, and my husband was upset, he sometimes wanted moonshine like his friend Semyonich does. And there were no dumplings like my mom does.
The animation in the hotel is weak, we were not hooked. Then when I wanted to cry, a clown acted on stage, when I wanted to laugh, someone sang on stage. And there was no fireworks at the opening of the Olympics. This is a minus. Zero entertainment, no lanterns, no running away from cops, there was not even an elementary Sting concert.
The hotel administration did not respond to my request to expand the pool by at least 30 meters, and raise the slide by 40 degrees. In general, the water in the pool is wet, the plastic sunbeds are too plastic, we didn’t like the wood of the wooden ones.
It's dirty on the beach, they didn't have time to pick up cigarette butts, seeds, pieces of paper after me, that's why it's dirty. And one more disadvantage is tightness. I'm straight, I saw through binoculars how a man puts on glasses, and this constrains my personal space.
We took a camera with us, but we DIDN'T FIND anything to photograph.
