"Суть в том, что наши дети (и это тоже объективно) растут, проводя большую часть времени в интернете и перед телевизором. Технологии развиваются быстро, и также стремительно меняется сознание людей от поколения к поколению. Литература есть борьба с роботизацией и клиповостью сознания. Главное – приучить ребенка к чтению, а значит, к самостоятельному мышлению. И здесь, конечно, важную роль играет учитель и книги. Классика – это основа литературы. Изучаются же в школе основы математики, физики или химии. У литературы есть такие же основы, на которых все последующее держится. Объясните ребенку, что все современные авторы учились у классиков! В этом наиважнейшая роль наших великих писателей 19-начала 20 веков".
