Все, что вам нужно знать про работу Администрации Ленинского района МО:
- летом прошлого года в нашем дворе проводили "благоустройство"
- сначала ремонтники вообще забыли про сливные трубы под новым тротуаром, мы напомнили, они вскрыли свежий асфальт и положили трубы. Под углом в сторону дома! При этом уровень сливной трубы от дома был ниже новой трубы, поэтому даже сильный дождевой поток не мог бы заставить воду течь от дома на дорогу. Об этом было оставлено обращение на http://vmeste.mosreg.ru/
- больше чем через месяц был ответ, о том, что благоустройство не включает в себя работы по отводу воды и обращаться нужно в УК
- было написано обращение в УК
- еще через какое-то время УК ответило, что это благоустройство произведено неправильно и они не должны исправлять то, что не они натворили
- 4 августа я оформила еще одно обращение по поводу "перекидывание отвественности" от Администрации к УК и оставлении ситуации как есть (вода с дороги стекает под дом, вода с крыши тоже стекает под дом
- через какое-то время появились спасительные смыкующие трубы, которые соединили домовой водосток с трубами под тротуаром и угол их был таков, что вода и правда будет литься на дорогу, а не затавливать газон и подвал
- сегодня (17 февраля) мне пришел официальный ответ, что 7 декабря была проведена комиссия в подвале нашего дома в присутсвие жителей и было зафиксировано, что подвал сухой!
7 декабря!!! Когда на улице днем было - 11!! А каким еще может быть подвал в -11?
Да, я уверена, что установленные сточные трубы уменьшат количество влаги в подвале, но подтверждать это нужно во время оттепели или дождей, а не в -11! Уверена, что они в тот момент и труб этих не нашли (они же про них ни слова не написали), тк они были скрыты сугробами.
+ в качестве свидетелей - жителей дома - указан только 1 жилец.
+ нет номера исходящего документа, даты, печати и тд.

- after some time, saving closing pipes appeared, which connected the house drain with pipes under the sidewalk and their angle was such that water would really pour onto the road, and not fill the lawn and basement
- today (February 17) I received an official reply that on December 7 a commission was held in the basement of our house in the presence of residents and it was recorded that the basement was dry!
December 7 !!! When it was 11 on the street in the afternoon !! What else could a basement at -11 be?
Yes, I'm sure that the installed drain pipes will reduce the amount of moisture in the basement, but this should be confirmed during thaws or rains, and not at -11! I am sure that they did not find these pipes at that moment (they did not write a word about them), because they were hidden by snowdrifts.
