В пятницу, 19 декабря, в зале Замоскворецкого суда Москвы основатель Фонда борьбы с коррупцией Алексей Навальный, обвиняемый в мошенничестве по «делу Ив Роше» вместе с его братом Олегом, произносит последнее слово. Пресс-секретарь Навального Кира Ярмыш цитирует его в своем твиттере.
— Это все сейчас делается, чтобы изолировать меня, да еще и членов моей семьи.
— Вы создаёте иллюзию правосудия. В «деле Ив Роше» нет ни потерпевшего, ни доказательств — ничего!
— Жизнь большая и долгая. Если вы думаете, что мы что-то забудем - это не так. Все понесут свое наказание
— Я разбираюсь в фабрикации уголовных дел. Получается, что в Кирове суды и прокуратура работают лучше, чем в Москве.
— Сколько раз в своей жизни честный человек может произнести последнее слово? Ноль раз. Я за полтора года с учетом апелляций раз десять его произнес. Эту фразу — «Подсудимый, вам предоставляется последнее слово» — слышал уже.
— Последнее слово — это будто что-то окончательное происходит.
— Вы — прокуратура, суд, потерпевшие, люди, с которыми я общаюсь, — вы все смотрите в стол. Вы все говорите мне — вы же все понимаете — и смотрите в стол. Каждый компенсирует чувство вины, и никто сейчас не встанет и не уйдет.
— Все скажут — нет дыма без огня. Или нечего было на Путина лезть или еще что-то. Так удобнее жить.
— Я обращаюсь к другой части зала. Люди, которые смотрят в стол, — это поле нашего боя. Мы же за них бьемся, чтобы они поняли. Мы обращаемся к людям, смотрящим в стол, они вынуждены делать подлость.
— Мы пытаемся объяснить таким людям, чтобы вы не смотрели в стол, а признались, что все в нашей стране основано на вранье.
— Я здесь стою и готов здесь постоять еще сколько угодно раз, чтобы вы поняли, что кругом одно вранье.
— Я пытаюсь людям доказать: в Газпроме воруют. Мне говорят: нет, ерунда. Я говорю: мы готовы прийти на выборы и участвовать. А мне говорят: нет, ерунда.
— Это вранье стало не механизмом государства, а сутью государства. Первые лица с телеэкранов врут, не краснея. Зачем терпеть это вранье, зачем смотреть в стол? Жизнь слишком коротка, чтобы в стол смотреть.
— Мы поймем в какой-то момент, что не имело смысла в стол-то смотреть и молчать. Значение имеют моменты, когда мы делаем что-то правильное.
— Да, для меня это болезненная ситуация. Не просто меня пытаются посадить, но еще и близких мне людей пытается утянуть. Передайте там всем: они меня этим цепляют. Но даже взятие заложников меня не остановит.
— Жизнь не имеет смысла, если жить во вранье. Я никогда не соглашусь с системой, выстроенной сейчас.

— Мы позволили им все это, просто смотря в стол. Десяток жуликов грабит всех каждый день, а мы терпим. Я это терпеть не буду. Сколько бы мне ни пришлось здесь постоять — в метре этой клетки, внутри этой клетки — я буду стоять на своем. Но моя семья никогда не собиралась заниматься политдеятельностью. Я не вижу смысла сажать моего брата на восемь лет, вообще его сажать. Я уже сказал про заложников, я не остановлюсь. Но зачем убивать их сейчас?
— Я хочу поблагодарить всех за поддержку, призвать всех жить не по лжи. И я уверен, что найдутся люди, которые будут заниматься этим со мной.

- This lie has become not a mechanism of the state, but the essence of the state. The first persons from TV screens lie without blushing. Why put up with this lie, why look at the table? Life is too short to look at the table.
- We will understand at some point that there was no point in looking at the table and being silent. The moments when we do something right matter.
- Yes, for me this is a painful situation. They are not just trying to imprison me, but they are also trying to drag those close to me. Tell everyone there: they hit me with it. But even taking hostages won't stop me.
- Life has no meaning if you live in a lie. I will never agree with the system in place now.
- When the junta in power, which is robbing those sitting here.
