При массовом отсеве вакансий есть, скажем, минимальный уровень требований к анкете. Одно из которых наличие фото. Типа обязательно. Если человек не указал фото, то типа или не уверен в себе, или лень загрузить на hh, или не разбирается в компах. Даже одной из этих причин достаточно, чтобы даже не открывать отклик и "отказать в один клик".
Опровергнуто.
Фигня. Причины разные. Очень крутые люди скрываются за стремными анкетами. Самородки. Так что не показатель.
Возраст. 50 - это тоже борщ. Себе на уме. Не гибкие, не управляемые.
Оказывается - самые адекватные и ответственные. Куча опыта по теме и жизненного играет роль фундамента. На некоторых позициях это очень важно. Держу кулачки, чтобы мы были довольны друг другом на 100%.
Честно, обратил внимание на этих людей от безысхода. Ну не было из "классической" выборки никого. Спасибо, что не было.
Так, теперь еще пару филиалов надо укомплектовать в апреле. А как ваш день? ????
P.S. Скрыл из ленты паблик, в котором с утра пожелали, чтобы неделя пролетела незаметно. Да вы офигели. Админ, уволься с работы беспонтовой тогда, займись пабликом там, smm-ом, еще чем-нибудь прикольным.
