Установили на доме 139 по Чапаевской котов, придуманных художницей Ольгой Филимоновой. В процессе установки придуманы имена - Амур и Мура.
Дом непростой. Там три замечательных заботящихся о нём собственника. Что не помешало попасть зданию вместе с литерой во дворе под тем же номером (где действительно всё плохо с состоянием) в список аварийных. Жители пытались биться с бюрократией и липовой экспертизой с грубыми ошибками, но их не хотели слушать.
Обычно в таких случаях собственникам приходится годами судиться и тратиться на адвокатов. В этот раз повезло. На фестиваль пришла поработать глава города. Изложили ей суть проблемы и познакомили с жителями.
В итоге через несколько месяцев дом перестал считаться аварийным. Спасибо за желание разбираться в деталях!
В общем, место волшебное. И кроме появившихся волшебных Амура и Муры там живут с десяток самых обычных котов, которых можно подкармливать.
