2 месяца до старта работы Кубанской нивы, хочу делиться с вами, чтtо происходит по этому глобальному проекту. Решил подключить к работе команды HR-а, раньше педсостав вел всех кандидатов. Теперь методисты пишут смены и по желанию участвуют в очном отборе.

Остановился на кандидатуре проверенного специалиста по подбору из Шлюмберже, человека с которым мы прошли не один форум и проект - Машей Чесновой [id148348858|@chesnova_maria] . Сейчас она ведет все заявки, поддерживает с ними контакт в социальных сетях.

Еще Маша хочет запустить на рынок программу по адаптации кадров. Здесь наши интересы совпадают, я давно думаю об этом в КН. Решили делать адаптационный курс для педсостава, будем прописывать процессы в лагере.

Проблема быстрого вхождения одна из самых острых и известных в этой индустрии. Недавно моя коллега Светлана защищала диссертацию на эту тему. У нас нет испытательного периода, нам нужно чтобы сотрудник начал работать хорошо уже с первого дня.

Системы Орленка, Тюмени, Болгарии и Азова отличаются, происходят стыки и накладки, особенно на первых порах - смена постельного, работа КПП, оформление документов, графики выходных, традиции и порядки. Очень много держится на опыте старичков и передачи знаний из уст в уста.

Пойдем по пути составления пособия по работе от начала смены до конца, с максимальным описанием ожидаемых результатов, типичных трудностей. Моя мечта сделать это в виде наглядных графических пособий, а не методички с МНОГОБУКВ.

Хотя скрипты работы для лагеря - практически нереально. Нельзя прописать все виды конфликтов между детьми и их решения. Поэтому что-то останется все же исключительно в области таланта педагога и его умения принимать самостоятельные решения.

Но основные подводные камни мы постарается преодолеть.
